Danielle’s P.O.V

It really has been a long day. Everyone went to dinner except for Niall and me. Harry surprising left us here alone but I guess he knows we have some things to work out.

“Hey babe?” I shouted and a lazy Niall showed up in the kitchen seconds later. He was wearing sweats and no shirt and man he was sexy.

“Yes?” He asked before coming over and kissing my cheek. Oh god I really do love him so much. He was so sweet and kind.

“What would you like for dinner?” I asked turning to face him and I placed my hands on his hips. I looked up and in to his eyes. I think I got lost because I forgot what he said.

“Babe?” He asked and I just shook myself from the daze I was just previously in.

“Sorry I was just in a daze for a minute there. What did you want?” I asked again and he just chuckled.

“Can we have Chicken Parmesan?” I nodded and went to grab the ingredients before I started my prep work.

“Why don’t you go take a nap or something? You look tired. I will come and get you when dinner is ready.” It feels like we have been doing this forever. Him working and me cooking and well I hate cleaning but I do it anyways.

“You sure you don’t need help?” He asks and I can’t help but laugh. Niall cook? I would not let that happen even if my life depended on it. I love him but I can’t let that happen.

“You cook? Not going to happen babe, but please go take a nap.” I said and smiled at him and he nodded and kissed my cheek before leaving.

I wanted to do something really special because while I was cooking I kind of took some time to put things into perspective. I have felt so weird not being myself for the past couple days and well we were alone and I was going to take advantage of it.

I set the table outside and made it all romantic with candles and everything. I went upstairs and changed into something more suitable for the evening. I then snuck into Niall’s room and set his alarm in 20 minutes and laid out some cloths for him to change into for this evening.

I was just pulling everything out of the oven. I thought I would make an alfrado to go with it and I had everything ready when I turned to see my sexy fiancé standing in the door way.

“I got your note.” He said placing it on the table. I smiled and stopped what I was doing to give him a long passionate kiss.

“Well let me just say you look amazing.” He said and I blushed and started to set the table outside but not before motioning for him to stay put.

“What are you planning?” He asked when I covered his eyes and walked him to the porch where I set up our dinner. I quickly lit the candles.

“Ok open!” I said and he opened his and he smiled and pulled me into a hug.

“What is this all for?” He asked while we sat down.

“It’s to say sorry. I haven’t been myself and I haven’t really been talking to you either. It’s not your fault and I am so sorry for shutting you out. It has just been one thing after another with us and within a week look where we are at.” I said and he laughed because we were moving fast but I guess we have been flirting with each other for three years and in those three years neither of us had been dating. I guess we have been almost dating.

“I know but it took us forever to get here.” I giggles and took a bite of my food. It wasn’t bad I would like to say I am a pretty good cook.

“This is so good babe.” He said and I smiled and reached across and placed my hand in his and gave him a cheeky wink.

“I love you babe.” He said while he finished the food in front of him and sighed in satisfaction.

“I love you too. So much. That’s why I did this plus I came to some realisations while cooking dinner and I thought I would share them with you.” I said.

“Tell me Dani.” He said and I had to take a deep breath before I continue because I have no clue how he will react about everything I’m about to say.

“I’m not going to go back on my word.” I said and he just looked really confused and I could see that I had to explain more.

“I said I was keeping the baby and I am. I will have so many opportunities to complete all the things I have really wanted to do. I have been given this chance to live one of my dreams and

I don’t care that it’s not when I wanted to happen but it’s happening. I spent the last days moping because I thought my future was over but it really isn’t it’s just on hold for a while.

Everything will still be there when I get back.” I said and looked him in the eye.
He picked me up from my chair and spun me around placing me back on the ground before he crashed his lips to mine. “I can’t tell you how happy I am.” He said after he pulled away from the kiss.

“I just want you to promise me something.” He looked at me and I smiled to let him know it wasn’t anything bad.

“Whatever it is. Done. I will do anything for you.” I smiled and just laughed because he had no idea what I was about to say.

“Can we go out in public before I start to get fat and people start to notice that you knocked me up? Oh and to marry me before start to show?” He just laughed knowing that I wasn’t joking.

“Deal. Me and you are going out tomorrow and we are going to see as much as we can before we get tired.” He kissed me quickly. “As for the second request you better start planning because in four weeks after this one I get a small break off of tour and we are going to finally seal this deal.” He said and took my hand and led me to the pools edge.

I took off my shoes and he rolled up his pants and we stuck our feet in the water. He was leaning on his back hands and I leaned my head on his shoulder and we sat and watched the sun set in silence.
