Sooner than we Thought
Danielle’s P.O.V
While Harry was god knows where I decided to call the clinic. I had to make an appointment before we left Span. Rachel left the number and I hesitated at first but dialed anyways.
“Hello this is the local clinic. How may I help you?” The lady on the other line said. She seemed nice so I decided against hanging up.
“Hey I would like to make an appointment. What are your available days for next week?” I asked and she took her time checking the calendar.
“The only day we have open is tomorrow miss.” She said and I was devastated. I didn’t know if two days was long enough to know if I was pregnant or not.
“Well can you tell if someone is pregnant two days after?” I asked getting really embarrassed. The lady didn’t know though because she couldn’t see me.
“Of course we can. Most clinics would say no but we have all up to date technology so it is possible. Would you like me to make you an appointment for tomorrow at 4?” She said and I nodded but she couldn’t hear a nod.
“Yes please.” I said and then I gave her my name and everything else she needed before hanging up. Now I need to tell Niall that we will be finding out tomorrow.
“Niall!” I yelled and I heard running down stairs and he turned around the corner to meet me in the kitchen.
“What is it Dani?” He asked. He looked frazzled. Well now is a better time than any to let him know that he will be finding out sooner rather than later.
“I made my appointment.” He grabbed me and hugged me and was really excited. It made me happy to see that he was still here by my side when any other guy would have fled.
“It’s tomorrow.” I said quieter. “They have technology that will tell us tomorrow.” I was so nervous. I was only 18 after all and well I didn’t know if I was ready.
“Tomorrow? That soon? Well I was not prepared for that.” He said catching his breath and releasing me from his embrace.
“Are you ok? You seem a little distant right now.” I said and he smiled and kissed me softly before answering me.
“We are about to find out if we are going to be parents tomorrow. I am so nervous I don’t even know what to say besides that I am really happy.” He said and all the doubt just left my body leaving me just as happy as him right now.
“I have to go handle some stuff right now but we are going to celebrate tonight! What do you say you and me go for a late night dip in the pool?” He said and I smiled and gave him a quick kiss before he ran back upstairs.
Niall’s P.O.V
“Oh god where did it go?” I started to fling things around the room trying to find the one thing that will tell Dani just how much I love her and that I will never leave.
“You have enough money just buy another one.” Liam said but I couldn’t I had to do this today. It just had to be before we find out if she is pregnant or not.
“I can’t. It was perfect and the only one. I have to find it!” I was becoming frantic over a piece of metal that will change my life for the better.
“Let me help you.” Liam said and he searched the pockets of my pants I wore yesterday. Low and be hold there it was.
“Liam you are a life saver!” I said and hugged him taking the small box from him. He smiled and gave me a pat on the shoulder.
“Can I see it?” He asks and I hand him the box and he opens it and he smiles which was a really good sign.
“She is going to love it Niller.” He said handing the box back. I admired it for a bit before I put it in my pocket of the shorts I was wearing now.
“Have you planed it out?” He asks and I nod my head. I was going to do it tomorrow but I had to do it before she went to the clinic so she knew I was not just doing it despite what was going on.
“I have everything planned for tonight and with Rachel’s help of course it will go really smoothly.” I said and smiled and went to talk to Rachel to let her know it was happening sooner rather than expected.
