We Can't

"What's going on?" Anna asked once we got to the park. It was completely taped off with police tape.

"I don't know" I walked as close as I could to the tape, weaving my way through the crowd. "Sir, can I ask what happened." I asked the police officer who was standing at the tape making sure pedestrians wouldn't go past.

"I'm guessing animal attack. They've been mauled" The police man shrugged. I got a glimpse of the poor boys. They didn't look much older then us. They had almost no skin or muscle left. What was left for skin was pale. There was dries blood on the pavement. This park was just a place for death. I didn't understand it.

"Hey guys, sorry I guess we can't hang here" Zayn greeted us.

"That's okay." I saw Jamie do the one thing she never does, smile. I was warming up to them, anyone who can make Jamie smile is my friend.

"Why don't we go somewhere else" Kiera smiled.

"Do you guys know any secluded places? I wouldn't want our date to be ruined by ravenous fans" and curly ruined the liking.

"I know a nature trail, it's just a few miles do-"

"No. Kiera. I don't do bugs, I don't do snakes." I cut her off. I have never and will never do them. Anything that has no legs and anything creepy and crawly in something I don't touch. I don't go near them. I don't like them. I have arachnophobia.

"I can protect you from the creepy, crawly, and the slivery monsters." Niall wrapped an arm around my shoulders.

"Thanks, but I don't need a protector. Make me go and you won't see much of me." I warned.

"You'll be fine" Harry said.

"I'm warning you curly it's not good down there."

"I'm a man, I can handle a few bugs" He crossed his arms. He let out an ear-piercing shriek. "What just touched my back, what was that?" She sounded like me. We all burst out laughing, knowing that it was only Destiny tapping his back lightly.


"Man" I made air-quotes.

They dragged me to the car, and out of it. Not once letting me get my way of not going. Destiny had tried to drag me from the car, but failed as my legs are a lot stronger than my arms. So Niall came and picked me bridal style. No matter how much I screamed, and threw a fit he wouldn't let me down. We got a step into the trail when Harry screamed "snake!" causing me to jump right back into Niall's arms, Adelaide ended up clinging to Liam. Niall could have let his arms drop and I still wouldn't have dropped. I had a death grip. He looked down at me, his eyes met mine. We sat for a second, at that point I made a very stupid decision.
