We Can't

I yawned loud and obnoxiously. "You know what fine, I will go up to bed." I stood up and walked up stairs. As soon as the door slammed, I felt guilty. I just left them down there. We're supposed to be a team. I sat for a minute, trying to make a plan. Right as I had stood up to get them, the door swung open and slammed closed. I heard a car start.

"We got them to go" Kiera smiled.

"Just like that?" I asked.

"No, not exactly" Destiny answered.

"We sort of have a deal. Tomorrow at around noon we are hanging out with them. Meeting them at some park, called Lion's Park" Anna finished her sentence.

"Are you serious. You guys barley got them out of here tonight." I groaned. It's impossible to win.

"Would you rather still have th-" Destiny began to fight back, but was cut off by the sudden whoosh from my wings.

"Help" Anna whined. I looked down to see her sitting down on the floor, tail out. Which means, as cliché as it is, it's a full moon. Kiera and Adelaide dragged her to the tub and started up the water for her. They arrived to our little circle. We were silent, yet communicating, not talking. We all nodded at our group decision and flew off. It took us a few minutes to get to an alleyway dark enough for us to be invisible. We flew down as supernatural creatures and walked out as humans. We walked down the sidewalk in a bird formation. Me in front, Destiny and Adelaide in the next row, and Kiera and Jamie in the next. A few whistles from perverted man here and there sounded. Eventually we found the park. Kiera checked for voices and found three drunk teenage boys. We set up the scene of the car crash while Jamie walked up to the boys.

**Jamie's P.O.V**

"And that's the story of Jamie Tews" I heard one whisper. Perfect. I ran up to them.

"Help, please help me." I shook the one with shaggy hair's shoulder.

"What's wrong?" One with a buzz cut asked.

"My friends and I, we were in a car crash. They're trapped" I screamed.

"Okay, lead us there. James call the cops" The buzzed hair one said getting up. I sprinted to the car, faster than they could run and disappeared once I was there. I watched as they arrived. "We'll get you guys out. Where's the other girl?"

"Wasn't Jamie with you guys?" Aurora asked, acting as if in a state of panic.

"Get us out" Anna had tears steaming from her eyes. "I'm only 13 I can't die. C'mon wake up Kiera" She shook Kiera.

"Y-you mean- Danny" The one with shaggy hair slapped his shoulder.

"No Kev, it's just a coincidence." I giggled silently before reappearing.

"Aren't you going to help them. Please help them. My friends thirteen year old sister is in there" I shouted, letting the fake tears stream down my face.

"James did you call the cops"

"No, I'm doing it now" I quick slapped the phone out of his hands.

"What are you doing, do you want them to die?" I shook my head, letting out a deep laugh.

"The only one who is going to die is you" The car disappeared and the girl joined me at my side. Danny tried to run, but Kiera got him. She instantly connected her fangs to his neck.

We sat feasting. I got the souls as always, the blood for Kiera, Adelaide, and Destiny, and Jamie got the heart. Yum!

As we got home the sun was rising, and Anna was asleep in the tub. We were no longer supernatural, and we had no idea why, once again, we were walking home from the park we got into a car crash in front of. Jamie at the time was not a supernatural, but mum made it so she could stay.
