Wolfs

Aubrey woke up slowly, not wanting to actually get out of bed. She was still confused why George changed so much.

He never touched her though. She thinks he hits Isaac because he came upstairs one time with a black eye after talking with George. She isn’t scared of George she is scared of what he is capable of.

She sat up straight and looked at her phone, it is eleven-thirty.

George always slept in late, sometime till two in the afternoon.

She got out of bed and walked downstairs in her pajamas.

She just finished eating cereal when her phone went of. She looked at the caller ID, Derek. Why would he call her? Derek is a twenty-two year old ‘family friend’. She never really liked him, he has something off about him. Not the same kind of off as George, but something.

She accepted the call but heard nothing.

“Derek? Are you there? Why are you calling me?” Aubrey asked him, but still no answer. Aubrey is a seventeen year old independent girl. She isn’t scared easily but Derek is something else. He is mysterious and bigger and stronger then her. Enough reasons to be scared right?

“Derek, why aren’t you saying anything?” she asked again, this time she got a small answer.

“Isaac, at my house.” Derek said slowly. He found Isaac yesterday in the woods. He was passed out after being bitten by a alpha. Derek tried to stop him and he told Isaac to move, but no, the young boy wasn’t even capable of blinking.

He is still passed out on his couch. He was trying to figure out who the alpha is, but because Isaac was injured he had to leave to alpha and help him. Even thinking about it makes his heart race.

“What! What on earth is Isaac doing there? And please tell me you haven’t told George.” Aubrey said the last part quickly.

“no I haven’t but could you like, pick him up or something?” Derek asked getting annoyed. What was doing Isaac doing in his woods anyways?

“Yeah, do you still live in that old house somewhere in the woods?” Aubrey asked him. She doesn’t quit get him, she really doesn’t. who would want to live in that old thing? It used to be his family house like ten years ago, until some crazy people came in and shoot them all, but when the police came to the scene all the body’s were gone and Derek was the only survivor. He told the police he doesn’t know what happened but I think something else.

“yeah I do, see you soon Aubrey.” Derek hung up and walked towards the old couch Isaac was lying on. He was bitten in his side so Derek could tell it was healing already. This is not good, so not good.

But then he got a plan and all he needed for it to work was Aubrey
