Chapter 3

I sat in the window sill of my old room that is currently being refurbished into a nursery, staring into the moon-light cloudy night sky thinking about what I would have done if I had actually married Liam. I would have ended up leaving one way or another, so to save the time and money for a divorce, I felt. I feel terrible, such a bitch. I can just remember 4 years ago when he proposed. It was the sweetest thing you could ever imagine. A night just like this, except no clouds just stars.

*FLASHBACK*

'Liam where are you taking meeee?' I groaned as he covered my eyes with his hands.
'Were nearly here Vi, just hold on' I was getting impatience, I just wanted to know. I HATE SURPRISES, but he was quite nervous-I don't know why though'
'Alright on the count of 3. 1...2...3!!' He took his hands away from my eyes, I was astonished. It was something out of a disney film, Fairy lights hung on the trees, little glass jars filled the forest with tea-light candles inside of them, not to mention the fireflies which surrounded us.

He took my hand in his and took us over to the table and chairs under the tree's.
'What do you think?'
'Liam I can't describe how lucky I feel right now, no one has gone to this extent before'
'Well thats not all, Violet Olivia Waters...' He got down on one knee and held my hand and placed a small box into it.
'Would you take Me- Liam James Payne to be your lawfully wedding husband?'
Tears of joy streamed down my face.
'Yes, A million times yes' I stood up and wrapped my hands around his neck as he spun me around. This was defiantly a fairy tail this could not be true. He put me down and gently placed the ring onto my finger. It was a gorgeous simple 1 stone ruby ring. I never liked anything to extravagant.
'Do you like it? I know your favourite gem is a ruby' He seemed worried.
'I love it, its just us forever together'

*FLASHBACK OVER*

'Violet, can you hear me wake up' Some one shook me. I grunted.
'Vi, are you okay you were crying in your sleep' I was confused, then it hit me. I launched my self into Sam's arms.
'I shouldn't have left him, I love him Sam..'
'I know you do Vi, I know you do'. I cried into my best friends shoulders which seemed like hours.
How would I get over this? I'm dying over here. When ever he is seem with another girl it makes me annoyed. we has the perfect relationship, And now I only just figure that out.
'How about we have a girly day? Lets go to the beach, I know its not very sunny but YOLO'
I laughed at her choice of words.
'Sure I need a slightly bigger tan, Just let me get ready?'
She nodded and exited my bedroom. I immediately search for a bickni.

LIAMS POV

I can't do this anymore. I need her I've always needed her. Shes my everything and I know im hers. I was blocked out of my thoughs by my phone buzzing.

That day was perfect.

Tuesday the 28 of July, In spain, 2009

'babe,come in the water with me?' I begged her for like 5 minuets until she finally agreed.
'Leeyyummm,its cold' I took my hand in hers and walked with her into the water as our hair flowed freely. I had to admit she looked fit in her swimsuit and her hair flowing down to her back.
'Dont worrie boo, hop on my back if we go too deep.' We were in the sea for what seemed like a eternity splashing her and dunking her in the water. I never wanted this moment to end. She was perfect everything about her.

'Awwhh you two are so damn adorable, it makes me sick' Sam said behind us as she took pictures.
'Its a little thing called love Sammy' Violet replied with a giant smile on her face.
'But you take it to another level, gawwdd.' she walked off making pretend gagging noises.

Violet turned around to me and smiled.
'I love you Liam, since the first time I saw you, I though it was just an illusion, your perfect, your hair, your eyes, just you.'
'And I love you too Vi, no one will ever replace you no matter how hard they try'
That night was never forgotten, I stole something very precious from her.

'Are you alright there mate?' Niall asks snapping me out of my thoughs.
'Yeah, I'm find i've just gotta go somewhere, cya mate' And with that I was driving to the place were my heart was shattered into a million peices.
