*Summer's POV*

I look up to see my brother. He sits down next to me as I eye him suspiciously. He pulls me into him.

"What do you want, traitor?" I ask.

"I'm not a traitor, and I got a text from Harry who said that you ran out of your guys' class."

"Yes, you are a traitor. Louis just wanted sex and the rest of them want it as well, just Louis called dibs on me. In order, the ones worth while are Niall, Liam, Zayn, Harry, then Louis, and Zayn and Liam are equal."

"Okay, fine, I'm a traitor, they know this school better than me though."

"I'm going back to class, bye." I say getting up, and walking off angrily

I walk in the class and the teacher stares at me.

"Ms. Johnson, would you please take your seat. Please don't leave my class like that again." Mr. Folger says.

"Yes, sir, sorry for the interruption." I apologize and take my seat.

Jamie leans over next to me to whisper, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, just my head and chest started to hurt is all." I answer.

I listen to the lecture and feel Louis' stares at me. Each time I would close my eyes and take a deep breath.

When the bell wrung, I was the first one up and out. I walk to Mr. Ashland's class where I'll see Noah and Liam.

I get in class where I'm stopped by Liam's seat partner.

"Hey, Summer is it? I was wondering if we could um, switch seats. I've had a crush on Noah for the longest time, but when I asked Mr. Ashland, he said the only way to switch seats is to ask the person who sits in the spot and well, I would look crazy asking Casper the friendly ghost. Plus Liam is scary. I don't-" she begins.

"Sure." I accept. Maybe Noah will get off my back, plus, he won't try to talk to me. Win-win scenario.

I take my seat next to Liam. We do short awkward greetings as I pull out my belongings.

"So, why did you switch seats with Kara?" Liam asks in a friendly way.

"She has a crush on Noah, she's scared of you, and I don't want to talk to Noah." I explain.

"So, you don't like Louis or Noah anymore? Then who do you like?" Liam inquires.

"Do I have to like someone?" I question back.

"Well, with how many guys already like you, yes."

"Who likes me besides Louis and Noah?"

"Well, don't tell him I told you this, but Niall. Harry wanted to fuck you. That Jamie bloke likes you. I kind of do. I don't know if you've noticed, but almost every guy at this school gawks at you every time you pass them. Only the stupid ones don't have a crush on you."

I begin to blush, and I rarely blush.

"Don't act like you haven't noticed." Liam commands.

"I have not noticed Liam. For fucks sake, I didn't think that any guy in his right mind would want me because, well, I'm the new girl. I'm suppose to be bullied, not eye candy. I didn't know Niall, or you liked me or the rest of the school." I comment.

"Look, just try your best to stay away from the jackasses at this school. I don't want you to get hurt. If you need me, you can call me at anytime." Liam says, sliding the piece of paper he wrote his number on then adding, "Don't tell anyone about this conversation. Especially not Louis."

"I promise." I say then hug him.

"Okay, class..." Mr. Ashland begins.

*After Science*

I walk out of the class to language arts. I feel my stomach turn as I approach the class where I know I'm stuck next to Louis.

I take my seat. Louis isn't in the class yet. I put one side of my headphones in. I turn on one of my favorite bands, 'Boys Like Girls'. I fix my outfit before class begins. Just as I finish readjusting myself, I notice the figure beside me.

"Give me the chance that I didn't get. Please," Louis demands.

I take a deep breath.

"I'm going out with Jamie tonight." I respond. I see the red on his face from anger.

I turn towards him. "Louis," I say, "calm down. I have no clue what to believe, but being of the female gender, I must do what I need to protect myself. I don't know if you've heard about bad things like abuse or rape happening to females, but I does happen." I add on to my previous sentence.

"I don't know what you think you have to protect yourself from when it comes to me, but there's nothing that I could or would do to you." he says.

I hear Ms. Max begin the lesson and turn to her, with my headphone still in my ear.

After language arts, I walk to my locker and put all my books in it. I only take out a history book and my gym clothes since I have study hall as my elective I don't need anything really. I begin walking over to the table that I see Perrie, Jade, Leigh-Anne, and Jesy. I begin hearing cheers and oh's, so I run to the source. I see my brother in the crowd of people next to Niall, Liam, Zayn, and Harry. In the center I notice Jamie, Noah, and Louis.

"What the hell?!" I shout as they continue to throw punches.

I squeeze through the crowd as Louis knocks Jamie to the floor. I run over to Jamie and crouch down beside him. I put his head on my lap and stroke his hair. He's knocked out cold. I notice his lip is bleeding and his right eye looks like it's going to be black. I look up at Louis as he looks betrayed by me.

"What the hell is wrong with you? You're a monster!" I scream at him.

I continue looking at Jamie then I look up at the crowd, " Fight is over! Leave, now!!"
