Niall's POV

I stared at the clouds drifting lazily through the bright blue skies.

"Yeah. We went swimming yesterday. It was fun." Sophia said.

"You're such a mermaid. I can literally hear you splashing your feet in the pool." I laughed.

"How'd you know?" She laughed. "Everyone is inside. Needed a breather."

"Yeah. I know how you feel." I looked around as I was sitting on the roof. The city spanned out before me.

"How's Harry doing?" She asked, clearing her throat.

I shrugged my shoulders, then laughed, realizing she couldn't see me. "Dunno. Left to London." I replied.

"Oh. I um got a restraining order." She whispered. If she were standing beside me, I could see her being all embarrassed.

"For what? Or who? From who?" I asked. Surely Sophia couldn't do anything bad. She's an angel.

Her voice broke.
"Uh.. Cassia. She doesn't want me near Sadie."

"Are you fucking serious?" I yelled.

"Niall. Calm-" She began.

"No. I won't calm down. That's so.. Ugh!" I groaned.

Sophia sniffled, then laughed.
"I was going to say calm yo tits."

I over-dramatically gasped.
"Guuuuuuuurl. Chilll." I said, overextending the words.

"You sound like Luce when she's drunk." She laughed.

I smiled. Her laugh could make any one's day.
"Yeah. You're friends sound great."

"I know! You should fly over. It'll be great! We can barbecue, then go surfing..." She said.

"That's a great idea! Mind if I bring a friend?" I asked.

"Yeah. No prob." She replied. "Niall?"

"Yeah." I replied. A bird swooped down in front of me, it's wings spread out. Free.

"Good night." She said.

"Yeah. Sleep tight." I said.

I put the phone down and stared at the panoramic view if the city before crawling back inside though the window.

Harry's POV

"Hello?" I said, answering the phone.

"Harry. It's Niall."

Cassia rubbed at her eyes.
"Who is it?" She mouthed.

I shook my head and signaled for her to fall asleep.

"Niall. What's going on?" I asked.

"I just talked to Sophia." He stated.

"Yeah? What'd she say?"

"Said she'll get arrested if she steps 25 feet near Sadie." he
said.

"Really? Wow. She's such an attention whore." I muttered.

"Wait. What'd you say?" Niall demanded.

"You heard me. Probably crawling back for the attention and the fame." I muttered.

"Who are you? My god. Call me when my best friend Harry returns." The line clicked and went dead.

I returned to the bed, crawling under the covers.

"Who's the attention whore?" Cassia asked.

I rolled around so I lay on my stomach.
"Sophia. Says she got a restraining order."

"Oh. Well, she did." Cassia said.

I turned to look at her.
"You?" I whispered.

She sighed and closed her eyes.
"I need you, Harry. Sadie needs you. We both know what you felt for her wasn't real. I was afraid Id loose you again."

I took her hand in mine, and placed a small kiss.
"Never in a million years. Undo it. Please. Sadie means a lot to Sophia."

Cassia rubbed at her eyes.
"I'll think about it."

"Thanks." I leaned over and kissed her nose.

"I love you." She whispered.

I wrapped an arm around her waist.
"I love you more."
