Wonder

Sarah's POV:

After what felt like 5 seconds, the door rattled again. I quickly pretended to be sleeping and slowly swung open. Footsteps once again approached me. Why can't they just leave me be?

"Sarah." Came a voice I had never heard before. Probably someone from the South Gang. A hand gently grasped my shoulder and shook me. "I know you're awake. Im not as dense as James." Continued the voice chuckling softly.

I didnt stir. I was tempted to look at the person though. "C'mon now." He said, sitting back. I heard him sigh, and then it was silent. Maybe he was giving up?

Suddenly he yelled right in my ear,"SARAH HEY SARAH WAKE UP!!" This suprised me so much I probably jumped 6 feet in the air. My eyes shot open to see a guy a little older than me rolling on the ground laughing.

I stared blankly at him but didnt say a word. "The name's Miles." He said, holding out a hand. I just stared at it. He was the enemy.

"C'mon now. We can't try to be friendly?" He asked. I just remained blankly staring at him, refusing to speak or show emotion.

He sighed again, leaning against the wall. "Im not like Lyle or James if thats what you're wondering. Im only here because of my family. Im trapped here too. Not like I can just leave."

This caught my attention. He wasnt part of the gang? Then how did he know about me? And why wasnt he here before?

"No I'm not part of the gang. They were keeping me in another room, and moved me in here. They told me your name was Sarah and that you were very powerful so I shouldn't mess with you. And yes, I read minds." He said with a grin.

That's when I noticed his pointy teeth. Crap a vampire! They locked me in a room with a vampire? What did this mean for Sundays when vampires go crazy?

"Half vampire. I don't go crazy. And they put me in here with you because my room had to be taken by a mad werewolf/Cyclopse with anger issues." He said.

Crap I forgot he can read minds. "It takes getting used to. How about instead of me reading your mind you actually talk to me?" He asked.

I pondered this. What if it was all a trap. They were trying to trick me. "Smart one I see. It's not a trap. If it were would I have this?" He asked pulling up his sleeve.

I saw a tracking chip barely visable beneath his skin. That very well could mean he was still in a gang. I would just be careful what I said/thought.

"Alright then." I said quietly. "SHE SPEAKS!" He yelled, then looked around and lowered his voice. I smiled. "So miss Sarah. Word on the street says you're pretty powerful." He said. I shrugged.

"That's boring stuff. Tell me, how'd you end up here?" He asked. I sighed. "It's a loooong story." I replied. He sat back farther and said,"I got time."

Harry's POV:

We all followed Niall who was carrying Zayn on his back. I had Louis on mine which might not be the best plan. I was still mad at him for losing Sarah.

I was barely paying attention. I was worried about what could be happening to Sarah as we speak. They could be torturing her again. One gang had found her weakness....had that news spread?

"Almost there. The scents stronger!!" Yelled Zayn. We nodded. Suddenly Zayn said something to Niall, and he dropped from the sky. Liam and I went down too, Louis holding on tight.

We landed in front of a stone wall. "There's got to be a stone or something you push for it to open." Said Liam. We all began pushing against the wall.

Suddenly Niall tripped over a rock. Before he could even curse, the wall slid open. Almost instantly an alarm went buzzing mad, and you could hear people coming.

This meant war.
