Mommy's Boy

“Up you go buddy.” I said as I picked Clayton out of his crib. Today is the day we are leaving for Holmes Chapel and both Selena and Nathan are coming also. Brad and Nathan are going to pick me and Clayton up then drive us to the airport where we will meet Selena and Harry.

“Mommy sweepy.” Clayton whined as he put his head on my shoulder.

“I know buddy.” I said rubbing his back before taking him to the bathroom so he could pee. I then walked back to his room and changed him into a hoodie and jeans then put his shoes on. Once he was dressed I walked downstairs and set him in his high chair.

“What do you want for breakfast?” I asked him.

“Cweal.” He said then I got out one of his bowls and poured cheerios into the bowl. I set it in front of him and he began to eat while I went to call Nathan to see how close they are.

We’re now at the airport and everyone, but Harry is here and our flight begins to board in five minutes.

“So are you nervous?” Selena asked me as she rocked Clayton in her arms.

“Honestly, yes. I know Anne is nice, but I feel like they will all hate me for keeping him from them. Look how Harry reacted.” I said as I began to feel a panic attack happening.

“Babe I need you to breathe for me. Can you do that?” Nathan asked me and I nodded my head. I took a couple deep breathes and I felt better.

“Sorry I was late. Had to say bye to the other boys. Are you guys ready?” I heard Harry say from behind me.

“Let’s just go.” I said as Selena passed Clayton to me. Once we were on the plane I sat by the window and then put Clayton in the middle seat. I expected Selena to sit in the seat next to Clayton, but instead Harry sat down. This will be the longest plane ride ever!!!
