For the rest of the day my inner demon's were raging a bloody war on me,
destracting me from my subject's at hand. I couldn't warp my mind around the
unspeakable thought that Carson had actually paid two brutes to beat me up so he
could be my savior? Did he even use logic with his assumed outcome?
I couldn't imagine Carson being naive enough to think that I'd react like some
unintelligent girl and fall victim to him because he saved me from a few extra
bruises? Bruises that were planned.
The whole day had been been going crazy
trying to fight the thought away. Also there was the nagging thought of whether
I should tell Harry or not. I mean, in all honestly he did deserve the right to
know, but I didn't want me telling him to end with him rotting away behind two
metal bars.
By the time I was walking to class with Marcus jabbering away at my
side I had an impounding headache. I was excited to see Harry, and eager to get
this day over with but the new information my mind had concived wasn't making me
at ease.
Also there was the mention of the fact that I'd be in the presence of
Carson for an hour. How could I stand being in the same room with him, with out
going off on him?
It was going to take alot of self-restraint. "Louis? Are you
okay?" Marcus asks, nudging my side, a look of concern smeared across his
features. "Oh..um..yeah! Yeah. I'm fine. I'm just tired." I sigh, my words half
true half untrue.
I could still feel remains of the pain killer in my system,
but I think I was dazing out more from the spark of stress curling in my
stomach.
"Are you sure? You seem a little upset." He comments. "Marcus, I'm
fine." I assure, looking down as I toyed with the sleeves of my jacket. "Okay."
He sighs. I felt bad for being quiet today, because Marcus had alot of stuff he
wanted to talk about but honestly I wasn't up for it.
Right now the only thing I
wanted to do was finish my final class, and go home with Harry so I could relax
and try to erase my upsetting thoughts from my mind. "So yeah, the club looks
like fun." Marcus then says, and I nod to humor him.
"It does, I would go for it if you think it'd make you happy, and give you something else to do besides homework." I tease, stopping to open the classroom door so we could walk inside.
When I walked in the classroom Harry was talking with a group of four students,
pausing for a moment to looked over at me with a grin, then his attention
diverted back to them as I looked down at my feet, a smile spreading across my
face as my heart fluttered.
All for him.
"Looks like Carson is a no show today."
Marcus says, gripping my shoulder and I looked up licking my lips. He was right,
Carson was a no show today. "Good." I simply say. Then with that we high fived
and parted ways to go to our desks
-
Bye Mr. Styles!" The last student calls, filing out with her group of
friends, and we both sigh in union as the door closes. "You look like crap,
perfect crap." Harry teases, walking over to me as I pack up my things, and he
wrpas his arms around me from behind before placing a soft kiss on the side of
my neck.
"How's my Louis?" He asks, swaying our bodies and a rediculous grin
crossed my face. "Happy to see his Mr. Styles." I said, zipping up my back pack,
and then placing it on the desk I laced my fingers through his and gave his
hands a squeeze.
"Well isn't that a pleasent thing to hear.'' He says, wrapping
his arms tighter around me as he rests his chin on my head. "Yeah, I'm
pleasent." I say, biting my lip as he chuckles.
"Very Mr. Tomlinson." He then
pulls his fingers out of mine, and grabs my waist before spinning my front
around to face his. "Now I do believe I have a present for you, and we have an
importent topic to discuss." He said, placing a sweet kiss on my forehead.

"Which one shall we do first?" I ask, giggling as he wrapped his arms tightly
around my waist, pulling me up against him so he could press his lips over my
neck and shoulder.
"I prefer to do present's first." He mumbles against my skin,
his warm breath rushing over me as he exhaled. "Then gimme my present." I laugh,
squirming in his grip.
"If you insist Mr. Tomlinson." He chuckles, kissing my
head and then pulled away before walking over to his desk where I watch him with
curiousity.
"I felt like it was time to give you some cliche stuff." He
chuckles, bending down and reaching up his desk before pulling out a giant brown
teddy bear that was holding a bunch of assorted flowers and a giant box of
choclate.
"I wasn't sure what you'd like, so I just kinda went with whatever
seemed you." He said, rubbing the back of his neck as he gave me a pink cheeked
smile.
"Harry, I love it! It's so sweet!" I exclaim truthfully, feeling my heart
flutter at the thought that he had gone out of his way to buy me a gift that
honestly wasn't nessicary.
"Really?" He asks, his smile becoming brighter as I
ran over, jumped over the desk, and tackled him with a hug. "Yes!" I shout, and
he laughs as he stumbles back a step.
"Good! Because my Louis deserves nice things." He says, wrapping his arms around my waist and lifted me up onto the desk so he could stand inbetween my legs.
"I rather just spend time with you." I state, shrugging and he cupped my cheek. "I would hope so." He said. "You know so." I tease, kissing the heel of his soft hand. "Now about this other thing, you know the importent topic?" I ask, curious to what it might be.
"Oh yeah! We're going to fly out to Cheschire today, so you need to go home and pack. " He informs, and I feel my stomach jump with excitement, and surprise. "Why didn't you tell me yesterday?" I ask, toying with his collar as I looked up at him.
"I would've if I had known. My mom texted me during lunch and asked if we could fly out tonight, so we could see her tomorrow, and of course being me I said yes." He chuckles, running a hand through my hair.
"Oh. How long will we be there?" I ask, actually feeling my stomach bubble with eagerness. I was excited to meet Harry's mom, and possibly his sister. Harry had told me his dad was out of town this week so we didn't have anything to worry about concerning him.
I felt like going back to his home would be a gateway to the past of Harry. Like I'd get to see where he played as a kid, lived and such. "About three or four days. It depends." He shrugs, biting his lip so he could chew on it.
"Sounds like I'll have alot of catching up, but I'll take it." I chuckle, pinching his cheeks, and he grins as he lifts me off the desk. "I'll help you baby." He promises, kissing my head.
"Now go home, and pack then meet me at my house. We'll be leaving at about five, that's in two hours." He warns, tapping his watch as he grabbed the bear holding all the sweet things, and handed it to me.
"And don't forget this." He says, winking before diverting his attention to packing up his papers, laptop, and such. "Wasn't planning on it." I laugh, hugging the bear to my chest tightly as I returned the wink, before walking around the desk and over to mine so I could grab my backpack.
"Bye Harry! See you in about fourty minutes!" I call, walking out of the classroom as I did. I can't believe we were going to see Harry's mum today, I was really excited yet really nervous.
He hadn't told me much about either of them in general, I didn't know their favorite colors, what they looked like, or even their names. I just knew they were a sister and a mother. "You can sit right here." I coax my new stuffed animal as I open up the passenger side and place him in the seat before buckling him in, and adjusting the flowers so they wouldn't get crushed.
Once I was satisfied that Harry's present wouldn't get damaged on my speedy ride home, I hopped into my seat and peeled out of the parking spot, out of the parking lot, and onto the road.
The whole drive home I was pondering over what to wear when I met his family, what to say, what not to say, how to do my hair, whether I should wear socks or not, etc. I really wanted to impress his family, assure them that their son made a good choice.
I also wanted to see how they'd react to us as a couple because as of right now only his family knew of his sexuality, mine was going to remain a secret for now, a secret I hoped I could keep.
By the time I had pulled into the parking garage of my apartment building, that I seemed to be spending less and less time at, my head was spinning from the normal jitters of meeting your partner's family.
I really hoped that at least his mum would like me, her opinion seemed to be the most importent considering the current position with his father, and most sisters adored the little brother's partner, so I technically only had one person to worry about.
"Hey Debby! Do I have any mail?" I called out when I strolled into the lobby, and she looked up at me with that tired smile of hers. "Yeah, just a little." She mutters, opening the little mail lockers, and pulled out two pure white envelopes.
"Here." She says, sliding them down the counter so I could grab them as I walked by, not needing to slow down my pace or nothing. "Thank you." I say, offering her a bright smile and she chuckles as she shakes her head and turns to the computer perched on her desk.

Grinning to myself, feeling my nerves give me that happy tingly feeling, I walked over to the elevator, and slid in before it carried me up to the top floor. Lately it felt as if I had been here less, and less.
I think this whole week I had only spent a minimum of twenty four hours in my apartment, which was pretty cool considering I use to spend a tremendous amount of time here.

Whistling 'Irresistable' to myself, I pulled out my key and unlocked my door before stepping inside. Every time I had walked in here, since Scruff died, I had always expected him to come bounding out of the living room with one of my possessions in his mouth, then when I remembered he was gone I would get a welt of emotion in my stomach that left me in a slump for a good ten miutes or so.
Yet today though even that with the combination of what I had learned about Carson, my excitement won out and had kept me from getting that welt. Tossing me keys and the letters on the table which were bills, I walked into the living room and turned on the radio as I went around the vicinity to pack, and shut everything down.
For the next hour I packed a duffle bag tight with everything I could think of that I might have need of, and then did a scope of the house to clean up any stray clothes, put away any left out food, and turn off all the lights and my heater system.
Finally when I had been satisfied that my cave would be good for the weekend, I grabbed my duffle bag, slung it over my shoulder, and step out of the apartment so I could lock it up tight. The drive to Harry's house had consisted of me munching on the sweet choclates he had given me everytime I came to a stop.
I had decided to take the bear with me, and give the flowers to Maddie to take care of since I wouldn't be avaible to do so for how ever long me and Harry decided to stay. That was another matter, when I was cleaning I had rememebered Harry mentioning that we were flying out there meaning I was most likely going to need to buy a plan ticket, which hopefully wouldn't be expansive, and if so I would still pay and just eat at his house for the next year or so for pay back.
Once I had pulled up to his house, it was exactly four thirty, meaning we would have to leave in half an hour, because Harry had mentioned something about leaving at five or in two hours, something like that. "Louis!" Maddie cooed, opening the door as I grinned at her, my duffle back slung over my shoulder, and she stepped aside to let me step in.
"I see you've decided to keep that promise to Harry, about the going with him." She comments, arching her eyebrow slightly as I gave her a quizzical look, and she laughed. "Harry told me the night you left, after he told you about his dad." She informs, and I nod in understanding as I drop my bag near the door and kick off my shoes out of force of habit.
"Where is curly?" I ask, and she points to the stairwell, "Packing, he always has alot to pack." She said, kicking my shoe's out of the pathway as I nodded at her. "Okay! Thank you! Oh and hi." I say, giving her my best grin, and she ruffles my hair.
"Your a cutie for someone that's nineteen." She compliments, and I tap her cheek gently. "I second that." I respond, and we both then part ways. Her into the kitchen, and me up the stairs in the direction of Harry's room.
The walk down the hall was fast, even though it was a long hall, but not fast enough for me because I already missed Harry. I noticed that the attatchment to him was definately deepening, my longing for him increasing, as did my love.
"Now where is that bloody thing." I heard him grumble, as I walked into his room quietly and I saw him half way under his bed, his bottom half sticking out. Snickering quietly to myself, I shuffled silently over to him, and then plopped myself down onto his bum with a loud shriek.
"The Tommo is here!" I shout obnoxiously, and he jumps clean out of his skin. "Screw you Louis! I almost hit my bloody head!" He growls, but I could hear the humor laced in his voice as he reached back to pinch me but I swatted his hand away as I shifted around, getting comfortable on his bum.
"Whatcha looking for?" I ask, and he sighs. "My inhaler." He informs, my eyebrows then furrow in confusion. "You have asthma?" I ask, this information surprising me because he didn't come off as the type to have a health condition with that hella hot body of his.
"Yes Louis, I have asthma." He chuckles, then snaps his fingers. "Here you are!" He announces, then squirms underneath me. "Louis I want to come out now." He whines, and I smirk as I rub his back.
"Nah." I say. "Louis!" He whines again, reaching behind him to push my off, but I was just out of his reach. "Say Louis is the man, and you'll be free." I offer, loving the fact that I had found a way to tease him right now with out him getting to mad.
"No." He pouts, his body going still. "Then I guess we're gonna be here awhile." I say causually, wiping my knuckles on my shirt. For a long moment he remained quiet and then huffed.
"Louisistheman." He says quickly, making me laugh. "Say it loud and clear." I coax, pinching the protruding part of his spine between my index finger and thumb. "Your really mean sometimes." He groans, shifting underneath me.
"Louis is the bloody man!" He shouts, and I feel his hand grasp my ankle. "Happy?" He asks, but I ignore him as I try to kick his hand off, I should've kept a closer eye on my ankle placement.
"Yesss...now let me go.." I whine, my turn to be held up against my will. "Very well." He chuckles, tugging on my ankle, and I'm pulled off him as he pushes himself out from under his bed.
"Bad boy." He says, sitting up his knee's, letting go of my knee as he flicks my nose and I giggle, a rare sound I made that I was becoming used to. "But you love me." I say, looking up at him, and he raises his eyebrows as he scrambles to his feet, a blue inhaler in hand.
"You know I do babe, but I won't hesitate to punish you." He said, walking over to his duffle bag on the bed so he could put in his inhaler and zip up the bag. "You say that alot." I comment, scrambling up as well and climbing onto the bed before sitting crossed legged on it.
"And you act up alot, trust me Louis, that innocent smile can't hide everything." He says, winking as he tossed his bag onto the floor with a loud thump, and then crawled onto the bed as well before laying down next to me.
For a moment he just looked up at me, a grin on his face and he sighed. "Did I ever tell you that your really cute?" He asked, and I nodded. "Yes but your cute to!" I say, poking his nose,
"Noooo...' He whines, grabbing my finger and biting the tip with a cheeky smile, one that I think was suppose to turn me on, but I found it adorable. "Yes! Especially when you do that lip biting thing, you look so cute and innocent. Like a furby." I exclaim, pulling my finger away so I could slide down the pillows and lay next to him.
"But aren't furby's scary?" Harry asks, grabbing my hand so he could play with my fingers. "Only when their angry, just like someone else we know." I tease, kissing his cheek, still a little shy when it came to affection but I loved to give him tons of it.
"I use that to my advantage, I can be very persuasive when angry." He chuckles, and kisses the palm of my hand. "Very." I say, watching him press his plump lips over the skin on my hand, and I sigh with contentment.
"Your hands are so cute, I love playing with them." He then compliments, fluttering his eyes shut as he kissed the tip of each one and I felt my stomach twirl with butterflies. "And yours are the maniliest hands I've ever seen! And strong to. I still can't get over the fact that you ripped one of my favorite shirts in half." I huff, and he laughs.
"Yeah, I have a bad habit of doing that. Don't worry babe, I'll replace it." He assures, looking over at me with those prominent dimples and bright green eyes that were sparkling with life. Life I could only I hope I gave him.
I then remembered I had to ask how much the plane tickets were. "Oh yeah! Harry, how much are the plane tickets? I'm not sure if I can afford to fly first class." I say, and he laughs, a loud crystal clear sound.
"Silly! We're taking my private jet, and if we weren't I'd definately pay for you because I have money to spare." He said. "Wait. You. Have a PRIVATE JET?" I ask, excitement filling my pores as I sat up on my elbows, and he nods with a proud smile.
"Of course, why wouldn't I?" He says, and I shake my head at him. "That is wicked awesome." I comment, and he chuckles. "It's a nice perk." He admits, letting go of my hand and sat up.
"I'm going to go put the bags in the car now because we have to get going, it's an hour flight." He says, kissing my head before we both got up, and he slung his duffle over his shoulder and wrapped his other around mine.
"This should be a nice visit, and I can't wait for you to meet my mum." He says, and I nod. "I'm excited, this sounds like it's going to be fun." I comment, nestling myself under his arm as we walked downstairs, and then parted ways.
Him grabbing the bags to bring them out to the car, and me into the kitchen to ask Maddie a question. ''Hey Maddie?" I ask, and she looks up from a bowl of cooke dough she was beating together.
''Yes love?" She asks in reply. "Have you ever met Harry's mum? I mean, I was hoping you could tell me what to expect." I say, looking down as I fiddled with my fingers, and she nodded.
''I've met her, she's a nice woman, but very protective. I recommend being on your best behavior, because last thing I want is for her to turn you down like that other guys." She says, and I feel a hot rod of fear tear through my chest.
"Other guys?" I squeak, and she nods. "Other guys, she's not very excepting of many. She has high standards, one's I think you might be able to fit though." She says, offering a small smile as she pulled the spoon out and toss it in the sink.
"Why such high standards?" I ask, and she sighs. ''She's a protective mother, wants the best for her son, and quite honestly I can't blame her. She was his only good parent." She says, pulling out a pan.
"You know his whole life, Harry always tried to win his father's affection, impress him. He worked hard in school, excelled in every extra curricular activity that was popular, and over all just longed for the man's approval. He still loves the monster of a man, and just wants his dad to accept him." She sighs, and a sad smile crosses my face.
''He doesn't deserve Harry as a son, a man like that and a boy like him are not meant to be related." I say, and she nods in agreement as she begins to shape cookies on the pan. "True, but anyways back to the importent parent." She says, looking at me while chewing her lip.
"She might not like you Louis, she might reject you, so mentally prepare yourself for that." She warns, and I nod my heart clenching hard at the thought. "I really hope she doesn't because I want her approval." I say softly, and she opens her mouth to respond to my statement but Harry comes barreling in, holding my flowers in his hand.
"I saw you left these in your car." He says, kissing my head as he walked by me, and pulled out a vase from beneath the sink before filling it with water, and he placed the flowers in. "Here's something to baby why we're gone." He says, placing them on the counter next to Maddie, and kissed her cheek making her giggle and swat him away. '
'Have fun love." She says, and he nods as he walks over to me and grabs my hips, pulling my front to his.
''Ready to go meet my mum?"
