The Last Drop
Summary
Madeline McKinney is new in town, as of a few months ago. Considering she's fresh out of college, she's gotten her life settled down pretty well. She hooked a pretty good job at the local coffee shop, The Last Drop, serving crumpets and coffee all day every day to angry business men in the mornings, to frazzled moms in the evening.
Everything seems to be going her way, when a group of boys come in. They seem okay until one of them opens his mouth. He expects to get his way, but Madeline won't fall for his charm and charisma and sees past his flirty exterior. To her, he's just a burdan, but little does she know, he is one fifths of One Direction.
Nearly everyday for the next weeks, Niall and his friends come in, mumbled their remarks, and sit in the same spot silently for the rest of the time. Madeline and Niall seem to be complete opposites, but as they say, opposites do attract.
