Like Nobody Else

Danny's P.O.V

"It's so unfair, I have to guide the new kid around for a whole day! Sorry guys, I guess I'm not going to the concert." Jade apologized, a sad pout across her lips. I chewed my bottom lip, thinking about how cute she looked.

"It's alright, if you're not going, I'm not going." I told her, giving her a warm smile. She smiled back.


"Yeah, we stick together! We'll all be here for you." Sophia said.

"Thanks guys." Jade said before making her way to the new kid. I have ti admit, that Liam kid is handsome. I immediately grew jealous. She's mine...I thought. She wasn't really, but I know everyone else will be too scared to fight for her.

"You okay, dude?" Ricky asked, putting his hand on my shoulder. I didn't break my glare from Liam.

"She wouldn't like some good goody like him." He assured me, knowing I liked Jade.

"We'll see." I grunted as Ricky and I made our way to 3rd period.

Liam's P.O.V

"Hurry up!" Jade snapped. I cringed a bit. I couldn't believe that much power, influence, and control she had for a girl. She was pale and skinny, but not bony skinny, and her dark hair cascaded down to the middle of her back. I could faintly make out traces of red in her hair, and she was tall, but not taller than me. She wore mainly dark clothes, leather, and combat boots, and the way she talked was harsh and cold.

"Wait!!!!" I cried, running after her. She turned around, scowling.

"Stop being so slow." she snarled, turned back around, then bounded towards 3rd period door. I walked in panting, then took a seat right next to a nice looking blonde girl with hazel eyes and pink streaks in her hair.

"Hi." she greeted me, giving me a wide smile. At least someone was nice here!

"Hello." I replied, returning her smile.


"You're knew, aren't you?" she asked, tilting her head in a cute fashion.

"Yeah." I replied, already liking this girl. She showed hospitality, unlike Jade.

"Need a guide? I'd be glad to help!" she exclaimed.

"Sorry, already have one." I sadly rejected her offer. I'd rather have her as my guide rather than Jade.

"Who?" she questioned. I jerked my head towards Jade, who was sitting by a black haired girl with neon green strands of hair and a red haired girl.

"Ugh. Jade? She's a total bi-" the girl was interrupted by the teacher, who rushed in, apologizing for her late entry.

"By the way, my name is Kendra Mitchell." she whispered, before directing her gaze towards the board, where the teacher was scribbling away. Kendra. What a beautiful name...

Jade's P.O.V

As I sat next to Shawna and Sophia, I noticed Liam talking to Kendra. Eww..Kendra. She was, in basic words, a slut. I hated her, and she hated me. She was totally flirting with Liam, acting all nice, but she's pure venom. I nearly gagged at the sight.

"Jealous, much?" Shawna asked, smirking. I raised my eyebrows at her, like I always did.

"Jealous? Of that slag, Kendra? Never have, never will." I scoffed, rolling my eyes.

"No, I meant you like Liam!" she cried, and I told her to be quiet.

"I do not." I growled.

"You so do!" She responded. I rolled my eyes, and noticed the teacher came in. Oh yay...

The bell rang and I sprang out of my seat, over to Liam.

"What were you doing talking to Kendra?" I asked, narrowing my eyes.

"Well she's nice, funny, sweet, caring, so why wouldn't I talk to her?" he responded.

"Ugh, she just wants you in bed!" I replied in a "duh" voice.

"No, you don't know her, Jade, because you're too much of a so-called "bad girl" to make friends with sweet girls like her." He replied, coldy, his voice and temper rising.


"I don't make friends with whores." I spat, marching away.
