Caroline's P.O.V

"Uhh, guys? Are you sure you wanna do this? The bui-" " Don't say it. I know what you're thinking, we can do this." I interrupted. Liam has spent the whole ride here whining and complaining about how creepy the place is, and that we'll all die if we set foot in the building. But we can't stop now. We're already here.

As soon as Louis stopped the car, I quickly opened the car door and stepped out. "Come on, we have to hurry before someone sees us!" I said, slamming the door shut. I rushed over to the back of the car. I unlocked the trunk, opened it, then grabbed as much as I could carry. The boys came over and did exactly what I did.

It was quite a long walk to the asylum, because we had parked at a different area. We didn't want anyone to see our car there. "Okay, we're almost there." Zayn said. We climbed up the flight of stairs, then stopped at a big, red door. "Oh. What is that?" Niall asks, pointing to the door. I glanced at it. The door had the words "DEATH AWAITS" written in big green letters. Liam yelped when he saw it. "What a wimp." Louis mumbled. He took the bolt cutters and started cutting away at the huge wires that were wrapped around the door handles.

As soon as he was done, I push the door open. The doors lead into a creepy, filthy, and abandoned lobby. I gasp when I hear something. It sounded like banging. Footsteps. My eyes widen in fear. I cautiously walk further into the room, with the boys following close behind me. The "footsteps" stop, so I turn around and motion for someone to close the doors.

We all jump when he hear a horrifying shriek. I frantically glance around the room, but I see nothing. It wasn't the shriek of a man or woman, it sounded like something completely different.
