Alyssa's Point of View

It's so weird sitting in my room doing homework without Harry. That was always one of my favorite parts of the day; just me and him doing homework and goofing off before anyone got home. Sometimes studying turned into a little more than studying but it's a lot different now. I don't have him to remind me that I have a science test next week or that it's required to use a calculator in math rather than pick random numbers when I'm lazy. I miss brushing his hair from his face and making him wear goofy bandannas to keep his curls from clouding his crystal clear, green eyes.

"Alyssa! Movie night tonight!" mom shouted from the bottom of the stairs, "and dinner's ready!"

And that, movie nights aren't the same. We can't sneak hand holding or try our best to turn each other on, teasing for later in the night. I miss those times in general and it's only been a month.

"Alright, coming!" I uncrossed my legs and set down the pencil Harry always scolded me about, "don't chew the end! It's dirty!" he'd say while grabbing it from my mouth.

I walked down the stairs, holding onto the railing the way my mother hates. She believes it's possible for me to pull it off the wall the way I tug on it towards the first floor.

"What's for dinner?" I leaned over my mom's shoulder to see two pots each with chili except one with a veggie chili.

Ever since therapy I've been closer with my mom and dad. I haven't relied on Harry as much and I've become closer with Perrie and Eleanor. Last weekend I didn't even hang out with Harry on Saturday; it was a girls day. Of course we texted almost the whole time but it's a big change from spending every second of the day with each other. And when I'm upset I don't hesitate to call him. Let's just say he gets lots of calls.

"Can Harry come to movie night?" I asked hesitantly. He's come over once this week to do homework since my mom was home and she still treats him as her own but this is different. Tonight we'd be able to sit close and he'd put his arm around me.

"I guess that's okay," I tried to hide all of the excitement but it was a lost cause as my dad smiled back at me. They're beginning to understand how much we care for each other and it makes me so happy. As much as I hate to say it, therapy has helped not only myself but my relationship with my parents as well.

"Really?"

"Yes, but then he goes home around midnight," I wanted to say this is his home but smart ass comments haven't saved me before.

"Okay," I shrugged but still feel satisfied he gets to come over anyways.

"Oh and I have to tell you guys something," now is the best time to tell them since Luke and the twins aren't home for dinner.

They waited and even stopped eating. There are so many things I could say and I don't know what's flying through their minds.

"I got into a university," I stared at my food but could feel the happiness radiating throughout the kitchen. Of course I'd gotten into a few; Virginia Tech, UVA, and JMU, but those aren't the one's I want.

"Which one? Oh we're so happy!"

"Umm, it's called Queen Mary University. It's a school of English and Drama but I'd be in the English department," I looked up at their confused faces who still weren't eating. My dad even set down his spoon, "I've always wanted to be a writer."

The smile I wore was forced and the way they looked at me didn't feel right.

"And where is this college?" I waited for my mom to put her white wine down before I continued. Please, please, please, say yes.

"Umm, it's in London," I mumbled quickly.

"Did you say-"

"It's in London, England."

I swallowed hard and couldn't decide who I wanted to focus on. My mom who looked completely shocked with no words or to my dad who was wiping his mouth with his napkin while searching for the right words.

"So..." I can't bare the silence.

"That's pretty far away honey," I tried not to roll my eyes at mom who obviously was thinking as well. No shit, my thoughts interrupted.

"I'm not sure if that's-"

"Are you going there just for Harry?" my dad cut off my mom and sounded almost tired. His sigh and slouch were new to me; he never slouches.

"No! I've always wanted to travel and I've looked it up, it's a great school. And if I need to I'll get scholarships," even though I know they have the money, "and I'll work all summer," even though I'd need to leave mid-June, "and I'll do anything, please."

My mom held her forehead and leaned against the table with her elbow, another thing we aren't supposed to do at the dinner table.

"Look, I know it seems like I want to go for Harry, and yeah, it's nice that he's there but I've always wanted to travel. I know you don't really know that because I've never been too open but I can show you my drawings and notes I've made about wanting to travel."

I'm hoping they won't want to see because that's some personal shit.

"Alyssa," dad spoke quietly. I'll beg, I swear I'll do it, "do you really want to go? You really want this?"

"More than anything in the world," I felt tears ready to stream down my face. If they say no I don't know what I'll do.

"Let your mother and I think about it and we'll let you know. Fair?"

That's good enough for me, I don't have to let the school know for another week. Just knowing they're thinking about it makes me thrilled.

I nodded with a smile and scarfed down my chili like I never had before. I don't think I've had this much food since Harry forced me to eat two months before.

Harry's Point of View

I rang the door bell awkwardly as always and heard someone running down the stairs like a crazy person. I kept my hands in my jean pockets and stared at my white converse. I miss Alyssa so much and I hate this. She's been handling it so well and I feel like she's pulling away from me. Just last week she decided to go hang out with the girls rather than the date I had planned.

"Hi!" she said, swinging the door open and jumping into my arms. It's a little chilly outside and she's wearing nothing but cut off yoga pants. I suppose my Nirvana sweatshirt she looks stunning in helps.

"Hey," I smiled and wrapped my arms around her after the shock of her excitement. I chuckled as she didn't let go, "are you okay?"

She hopped down and kissed my cheek, "my parent are thinking about letting me go to London! They're thinking about it Harry!"

"That's great!" all of my worries rushed passed me as I spun her around in my arms. When I set her down her eyes sparkled most likely the ways mine were and I held her face in my palms.

"I love you Alyssa White," I furrowed my eye brows and stepped away for a moment. Her face changed with my step, "why the hell don't I know your middle name still?"

Her smile returned and she giggled as she pulled me inside.

"Probably because I don't have one," she giggled again and I took off my jacket with a smile of amusement. I didn't think people didn't have middle names, "now come on, the movie is about to start."

Happy Alyssa is my favorite. The Alyssa that tugs on my arm to show me off in front of her parents- thought I'm still hesitant about it, the Alyssa who passes notes to me in history class, the Alyssa who doesn't mind standing up to Amber anymore, and the Alyssa who has friends and doesn't hide herself away. I love this Alyssa even more each day.

"What movie is it tonight?" I asked as Jack slipped the disk in.

"Bridesmaids," he smiled and sat next to Lily, throwing his arm around her.

"Seriously dad? That's so awkward! I can't watch this with you guys."

"It can't be that bad," he rolled his eyes and released the couch which let him rest his feet horizontally.

I haven't seen this but if Alyssa thinks it'll be awkward I'm sure it will.

We sat down and she took my arm, placing it around her shoulder. I'm still not completely comfortable doing this around her parents but they don't seem to mind.

As we continued to watch I got up a few times to use the washroom which really was to prevent the awkwardness in the room. Alyssa just closed her eyes and laughed while her dad agreed throughout the movie that it was pretty awkward.

When the movie finally ended around eleven both Jack and Lily headed to their room. I don't have a curfew at Niall's house but here I have to be gone by midnight. Instead of doing anything Alyssa and I just laid with each other. I know she could feel my heart beating through my chest as she let her head rest along with her hand. Our feet tangled together and I played with her long hair, removing the hair tie she insisted on wearing since it's hot in here.

"I hate that I can't see you all the time," she said looking up at me.

"I thought I was the only one who felt that way," my chuckle came out unreal and she looked at me confused.

"Why would you say that? I miss you so much Harry."

"It's just, I figured that you don't want to hang out as much anymore."

"It's not that!" she said up giggling, "I just have friends now," she kissed my forehead and then straddled my torso.

"Nope, not a good idea," I sat up and tried to remove her but she just pushed me back down.

"They're asleep Harry. Besides, we used to do this all the time."

Alyssa used her hands as a support against my chest and leaned over to kiss my neck.

"Yes, but we were in my room with the door locked."

She sat up again and huffed, "Your right."

Without warning she stood up and pulled me up with her. I decided just to follow her to wherever she may be leading us and she hushed me as we got closer to her parents room. I was standing in front of the stairs and watched as she put her ear to the door. She then got on the floor and peeked under the door. I couldn't help but laugh, watching her be all cute.

When she stood she quietly took my hand again and walked us upstairs.

"Where are we going?" I whispered.

"To my room. You said we had to lock the door."

"No! Alyssa, we can't do this!"

She shut her door behind us and without warning I was pushed against the closest wall beside her door. She made me wrap my arms around her waist and she tangled her fingers in my hair as she began kissing me. I thought about stopping it but couldn't resist. This girl makes me crazy.

I locked the door after picking her up and laid her on the bed I haven't seen in a month. Her bed feels the same and smells of the same sweet cucumber scent I've grown to love.

Her hands found their way up my body until she reached my chest. Her hand fell over my heart again and I felt her smile against my lips.

"You're nervous," a giggled released into my mouth.

"No I'm not!" I retaliated quietly.

"Your heart says differently," I chuckled into her mouth this time and flipped us over so she was now straddling me again.

I remember the first time she straddled me. The first time I gave her power. Her nerves got the best of her but she slowly learned to enjoy it.

Our kisses picked up and she began leaving love bites on my neck. I didn't mind though, I don't live here anymore and the White's won't see me.

Her body moved back and forth against my torso which let a small sigh release from her lips. I reached around her body and loosened my belt buckle. She pulled her shirt over her head and I followed with mine. This may not be romantic but it will be again soon. It will be when we are both in London.

Once we were fully unclothed we realized we didn't have a condom. I didn't bring one because I didn't think this would happen and Alyssa doesn't keep them in her room.

We stared into each others eyes for a few moment as I hovered over her once again. I brushed some hair from her face and behind her ear while we thought about it.

"I can pull out."

"It's risky Harry."

"Plan B pill tomorrow?"

"Did you really just say that?"

"Okay, we don't have to," I tried not to seem too upset but I know she heard it in my voice. I sat up but was tugged right back down.

"You better pull out or I swear I'll fucking kill you," I laughed against our lips which brushed against each other and slowly slipped inside of her. I love this girl so much and I know she loves me. This is terrible but we both know if anything were to happen we wouldn't mind. No, we don't want a child right now but if it happens it happens.

Alyssa's Point of View

"
We've thought about it for a while Alyssa," yes it's been a four days, three hours, and twenty seven minutes Dad, "and we think that if you want this we will support you."

I jumped up and put my hands on my head as I tried to breathe.

"You're serious?"

"But we are going with you."

"What?"

"Just a small vacation. We can go the week before you move in and that will also give us the chance to meet Harry's parents."

Is this real life? Is this actually happening right now? Are my parents letting me go to school in England and meet the love of my life parents?

"Seriously?"

"Seriously," my dad chuckled. I removed myself from the couch I sat opposite of them and jumped on them both for a hug. I felt a tear from my right eye fall down my cheek and don't think I was prepared for this answer. I'm going to be moving to England in a few months.

Notes

I know this took a few days but I needed to think of how I wanted to end it! I don't think I'm going to do a sequel because I don't want it to drag on but I have one more chapter and then an epilogue. The sequel is still up for debate but it's very unlikely unless I get like ten people saying they want one...

Don't forget to check out my new story too! That will be my main focus once this is over :)
So what did you think?
