Hanging By A Moment

Samantha's POV:
Jacob was in between us on the bed while Taleiah sat on Harry's lap. 'I don't even know where to begin' Harry spoke to me. Our presence probably took him by surprise that he now had a million and one questions colliding around his head.

'Then let me' I flashed him a smile.

'We stayed in Hawaii...' I began.

'Why?' he quickly asked before I could explained.

'I was watching Lilo and Stich with the kids' I let out a small laugh.

'Huh?' he muttered confused.

'Do you know what Ohana means?' I asked.

'No' he replied.

'Ohana means family...' I explained.

'...family means nobody gets left behind' I smiled at him.

'I'm sorry we left' I apologised. 'I got scared..' I bowed my head down to hide the tear that fell out of my eye.

Harry's POV:
A tear slowly trickled down her cheek as she apologised. I reached out for her cheek and wiped the tear off. She looked up as I did so and I flashed her a comforting smile.

'You just got so close to them...' her voice cracked. 'I got scared because I didn't know to react. I didn't know if it was a good thing or not' she explained.

'You di- didn't want them remember' she reminded me. 'But you changed....You proved to me you can and you want to be a Dad' a smile slipped out of her lips.

'And I realise I was wrong to leave and take the children away' she continued. 'It's okay, you don't have to worry' Sammie told me. 'I'm not going to take away your children from you again' her choice of words took me by surprise. With the inclusive language she used- 'your children' she made me feel a part of the children's life.....my children's life.

'Their you're children too' she smiled.

'Thank you' I replied with a smile.

I'm glad that we've finally came to an understanding. Although it's taken a while, I'm glad we got there.

'Today's the twins 1st birthday' she spoke. 'I know' I smiled. 'I've invited the lads and the girls to spend the day out with us....do you wanna come?' she invited me. 'Of course' I smiled.

'We're going to Disneyland' she informed me and I flashed an even bigger smile realising that she had gone through with the plans I had told her.

'Do you like their outfit?' she asked me. I looked down to the twins and had a look at them. 'Oh wow, your presence took me by surprised that I didn't even realised their outfit' I chuckled. Sammie had dressed them in the clothes that I had bought them. 'They look cute' we both let out a short laugh.

'Alright, royal family, your chariot awaits' I looked up and saw Louis and the rest of the group by the door.

'Come on guys its already noon!' El excited to leave.

'Wooohooh!' Niall screamed as we walked through the gates. I was in "the happiest place on earth".

I surely was, I let out a smile as I turned to Sammie who was holding hands with Jacob while I held Taleiah by my side. 'Alright where to first?' Liam asked.

'Rollercoaster'

'Ohh Laser Tag'

'No, Haunted Mansion'

'Um guys, we're here for the twins remember. It's their birthday' Perrie told the boys off.

'How about that one, King...Triton's Carousel' Dani pointed. We all agreed and headed for the merry go round. We all entered through the gates and proceeded to an empty section. El took Jacob and placed him on a horse while she stood by his side. 'Harry, will take care of her, why don't you go with Sammie' Perrie took Taleiah off me. Her and Zayn placed her on a horse and they stood by her. I followed Sammie as she took a seat on one of the carriage.

Samantha's POV:
Harry took a seat with me on the carriage. The usual carousel ritual song started to play and the ride slowly began. I watched as Perrie and Zayn played with Taleiah as she rode on the horse while El wrapped her arms around Jacob as he rode his horse. 'Louis, my horse is faster than yours. Nah-nah-nah... nah nah nah' Niall called out to Louis. I laughed at what he said because both the horses weren't moving, Niall's horse was just situated infront of Louis'. 'Oh Shut up' Louis replied. I looked over to where Liam and Dani where. Dani was on a horse while Liam stood by her and they were engaged in a conversation, laughing and smiling.

'Hahahahaha' Louis laughed out loud and I realised he moved to a horse which was infront of Niall. But Niall jumped off his horse and moved to one that was infront of Louis. 'Oh yeah!' Louis jumped off his horse and ran to a horse infront of Niall's.

'You do know, your just going to tire yourself out' Harry told them. Niall and Louis jumped off their horses and ran to another one infront. It was a laugh to watch them both running for horses. The next thing we knew they were just plain running around the carousel.

After the ride we went to go play laser tag. 'Guys, I'll stay here with the kids' Dani offered. 'Ohh no Dani, let me' I insisted. 'No it's okay, you go' she told me. 'Come on love your playing' Louis pulled me inside. I really didn't even wanna play.

When we got inside we put on our gears and gathered up with our team. It was boys against girls, with Louis being in our team since we were one member down. 'Alright girls, here's the plan...get them, shoot them, kill them!' Louis sounding determined to win. 'On a count of three, team Louis' he instructed and we all placed our hands in the middle. 'Team Louis' we said without any enthusiasm. 'Okay, will work on that' he said and we girls laughed. We all separated ways as we entered the spacious arena. The bell rang and the game commenced. I ran and to try and find a place where I would not be found. It was a win-win situation because one I wouldn't be eliminated if I stayed concealed and two I didn't have to do anything if no one could find me.

I sat on the bench and leaned against the wall tha surrounded me. I heard footsteps coming near so I held up my gun just incase it was one of the boys.

The figure revealed itself and it was Harry. We both had our guns up, ready as we aimed.
