Samantha's POV:
'Okay sweetie let's brush your teeth' I lifted Jacob up on the bathroom sink. I placed some tooth paste on his tooth brush and began cleaning his teeth. You could only get so much done, as toddlers could never stay still for longer than 10 seconds. 'Okay we're all done' I said when I had finish rinsing his mouth. I placed him back down and held his hand as we walked out of the bathroom.
When I got into the bedroom; Harry's room, he was in there looking distressed. 'Are you looking for something?' I asked as he checked the drawers by the bed. 'Oh hey' he turned around when he heard my voice. 'Yeah...I lost something' he muttered.'Ohhh, maybe we can help, what is it?' I tug Jacob's hand and walked up to him. 'Well it's-' he stop in the middle of his sentence. 'You know what, I think I must have just left it in the car' he assured me. 'Okay then' I nodded and turned around to put Jacob to sleep. I laid him down and placed his blanket over him. I sat next to him and began playing with his hair. 'His got your eyes' I heard Harry spoke. I turned to him and realised he was now seating on the bed. 'Yeah he does' I smiled. I couldn't really say the same thing about Taleiah, as she clearly got Harry's green eyes. 'I better let you sleep' he began to stand up. 'Goodnight buddy' Harry leaned down and placed a kiss on Jacob's head. His actions took me by surprised. Actually, how he's been towards the twins has taken me by surprised. It was as if he really cared for them. 'Goodnight' he smiled at me. 'Goodnight' I smiled back. He flashed me another smile before leaving the room.
When the door shut I got into bed and laid next to Jacob. 'You might have my eyes, but you definitely got his smile' I stroked Jacob's cheek. I scouted closer to him and heard a ruffling noise. I creased my eyebrow in confusion. 'I'm pretty sure I removed those chocolate bars this morning' I said to myself. I lifted the pillow up and was greeted by a packet of scrumptious Hershey kisses, that was not there this morning. 'Harry' I chuckled as I took it. He had definitely planted this here in purpose. 'Eat me' I read the label that he had left. I rolled my eyes and opened the packet. 'He knows my weakness' I laughed as I unwrapped the silver foil. I placed the chocolate in my mouth and let it melt.
'Knock, knock' I heard someone say in conjunction with their knock.'Come in' I called out. 'Hey' I greeted Perrie who came in with Taleiah. 'We just thought we'd come in and say goodnight' Perrie sat on the bed and placed Taleiah down. 'Oh okay' I said as I swallowed the chocolate in my mouth. 'Night sweetie' I gave Taleiah a kiss on the head. 'Uhh what are we eating?' Perrie noticed the packet of chocolates. 'Hershey' I replied. 'Eat me?' she read the label as she took the packet. 'Harry....he left them under my pillow' I chuckled. 'Aww he left you kisses' Perrie's eyes sparkled. 'Noo, he left me chocolates' I giggled. The chocolates were called kisses but I knew she was trying to imply something else.
'Chocolates? What? Where?' Niall barged in the room. 'Here' I lifted the packet up. 'Everyone Sammie's got chocolates' Niall called out the hallway. 'And their Hershey!' he added. Louis came running in followed by El then Liam then Zayn then Dani. 'May I please have a kiss?' Liam politely asked as he placed his hand out. 'I want kisses' Niall put on his best smile. 'Of course you guys can have some' I began to scoop some from the bag. 'No you guys, no one's allowed to have any' Perrie stood up pushed them back slightly. 'Sharing is caring' Zayn said. 'Plus that's a lot of calories' Louis tried to scare me off.
'It's a special gift' Perrie told them. 'Huh?' they all creased their eye brows. Perrie placed her hand on the side of her mouth and whispered loud enough for all of us to hear. 'Harry left her those kisses' she divulged. 'Oooohhhh' the group chorused. 'Here guys have some' I offered them. 'Actually, I'm good thanks' Niall surprisingly declined. 'Yeah, I think their just for you' El smirked.
The next morning, the girls fed the twins breakfast while I packed our things. After breakfast Perrie brought them upstairs to get dressed. 'You got everything?' Perrie asked as I zipped the bags. 'Yup' I replied and we walked out of the room. 'Hold on to Mummy's hand Jacob' I told him as we walked down the stairs. 'Zayn said they've just turn down the block, so he can drop you off to your parent's house' Perrie said as she carried Taleiah down the stairs. 'Ohkay thanks' I replied. 'Where did they go anyway?' I asked. 'I dunno, him and Harry took off early this morning' she replied. 'I was surprise Harry managed to get him up THAT early' Perrie emphasised.
When we got to the lounge I saw an unfamiliar face among the group. She was chatting with Louis, while Eleanor and Dani were trying to send me some kinda secret message through facial expression.'Who's that?' I turned to Perrie. 'Oh shiit' she mumbled under her breath. 'Samantha?' I heard an unfamiliar voice. I turned around and the beige blonde girl was approaching me. 'Hi, I'm Cara' she smiled. 'Ah- hi' I forced a smile out. 'Are they Harry's children?' she bended down and leaned forward to Jacob. 'Umm yeah' I muttered. 'Hello' she waved at him. Jacob hid behind my legs frightened by her approach. 'His very shy around new people' I explained to her. 'Oh, okay' she stood back up. 'And you must be Taleiah' she extended her arms to grab her off Perrie, who hesitated to give her. 'Hi sweetie' she swayed Taleiah in her arms. 'Your so cutee' Cara spoke in a childish manner. 'Mummy' Taleiah extended her arms towards me as she tried to escape from Cara's grip. I reached out and took my daughter off her. As she passed me Taleiah, something caught my attention.
'That's a nice ring, you've got there' I uttered as I held Taleiah in my arms. 'Umm Sammie, we should probably drop-' Louis stood up trying to interrupt me from having the conversation. He knew exactly where I was going with this. 'I know it's amazing isn't it. I think it was supposed to be a surprise!' she spoke ecstatically. 'I found it in Harry's jacket this morning, he left it when he slept over the other day' Cara flaunted the ring. 'How do you know it's yours?' Perrie spoke in a cold tone. 'Perrie' I flashed her a smile to show her that I was okay. 'Well, who else could it be for? And it fits perfectly on me' Cara let out a small laugh. 'Samantha, you were engaged once, do you think it's an engagement ring?' Cara asked even thought she was already wearing it on her ring finger and inconsiderate of the fact that yes I was engaged before AND TO the boy she was dating now. 'Trust me, it's an engagement ring' I let out a sarcastic laugh. And how do I know that?
Because it was my engagement ring; silver diamond Tiffany and Co, infinity ring. 'Cara' I heard someone called out.
