Zayn's POV:
'Loooook whoooo's here' I announced as Perrie and I entered the bachelor pad. 'Taleiah, Jacob' Louis, Liam and Niall walked up to meet us. '...And Zayn and Perrie' I added. Perrie and I were holding each twin as they walked down the hallway.
'Hello sweetie' Louis lifted Taleiah off the ground. 'Hey buddy' Niall ruffled Jacob's hair. 'So what's going on?' Liam asked. 'We offered to look after the twins while Sammie's at Manchester' Perrie explained. 'So we thought we'd bring them here and we can all experience the bundle of joy of babysitting' I said optimistically. 'Yay, fun' Louis sounding too sarcastic. 'Well were just about to have lunch, why don't we eat first' Liam told us. We all proceeded to the dining table where the food was prepared. Perrie sat Taleiah on her lap while we put Jacob in between us. 'Can they eat this stuff?' Louis pointed at the meal in front, that looked too hard for the twin too chew. 'Of course they can, its food' Niall answered. 'Easy for you to say Niall' Louis replied.
'Here babe, let's just feed them mash potato' Perrie took some of the mash and placed it in a bowl. She spoon feed Taleiah while I feed Jacob. 'So where's Harry?' I asked as I scooped some potato. 'Umm, I actually don't know' Liam replied. 'Probably with Cara' Niall replied. 'Ughh what's new' Perrie muttered quiet annoyed. She wasn't a fan of Harry dating Cara. Not just because she's close friends with Sammie but she also cared for the twins and doesn't want them to grow up without their Dad. 'BUT, Im sure if he found out the twins were here, he would have cancelled what ever plans he had for today' Louis assured us. 'Right' Perrie mumbled unconvinced.
'Pehwie' a little voice uttered. 'Holy mash potato!' Niall spoke with food in his mouth. 'Did she talk?' Liam and Louis asked at the same time. 'Yeah' I let out a chuckle. 'Oh good girl' Perrie gave Taleiah a hug. 'She knows how to say our names' I explained. 'That's what happens when you spend too much time with kids' Perrie chuckled. 'Say Zayn' I asked Taleiah. 'Zany' she giggled and we laughed at her pronunciation. 'Okay now say Niall' Niall waited for her to say his name. We all stared waiting for her to talk.
'Zany' she said again. 'No, no Ni-all' he tried to break it down for her. 'Okay, Niall maybe later' I let out a short laugh at his attempts. 'She's not leaving this house till she knows my name' Niall assured us.

In the afternoon we watched T.V. while Perrie went out to buy some food for dinner. 'So what exactly does babysitting require?' Liam asked as we watched Taleiah and Jacob on the floor playing with their toys. Jacob was bouncing his soccer ball while Taleiah was playing with her barbie dolls. 'I don't know, I was the youngest in my family' Niall replied. 'I'm pretty sure it's not that hard, we just sit here and let them do what they want' I replied. 'Well that's easy, they're probably just gonna play all day long' Louis sat himself comfortably on the couch.
All of the sudden the peace was interrupted by the sound of crying. 'And probably that too' Louis groaned. 'What happened?' I looked at the boys, then Jacob started to cry as well. 'She cried and then he saw her cry so he cried as well because their twins' Niall pointed at each twin. 'Well why did she cry??' I took Taleiah up and carried her in my arms. 'I dunno, she just cried out of no where' Liam carried Jacob in his arms. 'Oh my gosh what are we gonna do' I began to panic as they cried simultaneously. 'Perrie!' the boys called out. 'She went out' I informed them. 'Make them stop Zayn' Louis covered his ear. 'I don't know how' I shouted over the crying. 'Do something lads' Niall told us. 'Okay, okay, everyone let's just stay calm' Liam said. 'How about we sing a song' he suggested. 'Okay, um twinkle twinkle' Niall suggested. 'I don't know that song' Louis answered. 'What!' the boys and I laughed. 'What did you get up to in your childhood?' I laughed. 'Let's just sing Humpty Dumpty instead' he suggested.
'One, two, three...' Louis conducted. "Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall" we all sang hoping the twins would stop crying. "All the king's horses and all the king's men" we sang as we swayed the twins while carrying them. "Couldn't put Humpty tog...et......err...ah...-' the singing died down as we realised the song didn't exactly have a happy ending. 'Wrong song' Louis chuckled. 'Their still crying' I pointed out. 'Why don't we just ask them to stop' Liam suggested naively. 'Okay Jacob, can you please stop crying?' he asked him nicely but he just cried even louder. 'Okay that didn't work' he said. 'Someone search why babies cry and how to make them stop' Louis suggested. 'Im on it' Niall opened up his laptop and began to google.
'Found anything?' I called out. 'Ummm...' Niall mumbled. 'Come on Nialler I kinda want the crying to stop' Louis asserted. 'Oh, it says....why do babies cry...because they just feel like crying' he read out loud. 'What!?' Louis shouted. 'So they just cry because they want to?' he asked. 'They may cry in the afternoon and evenings and this is normal and doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your baby' Niall read out.
'Oh here's another reason...because they need their nappy changing' he called out. 'Alright... Zayn go for it' Louis flashed me an evil smile. 'Why me?' I groaned. 'Your the God-parent' he smirked. 'But I don't think they made a poop' Liam said as he smelt Jacob's bum. 'Yeah, I agree with Liam' I said. 'What else have you found Niall?' Liam asked. 'Err...it says here try taking your baby for a car ride and sing songs along the way' he read out. 'Okay let's try that' Louis got up and led the way to the van. We took Jacob and Taleiah's car seat from my car and placed it on the van.
'Gosh, how does this work' Niall tried to assemble the baby car seat on the van. 'WHY IS THIS SOO COMPLICATED!?' Louis groaned getting his arm dangled up with the seat belts. 'You got them the other way around' Liam pointed out as he still carried Jacob who has not stopped crying like Taleiah. 'Screw it' Louis gave up and removed the seat. 'Louis we need-' he interrupted me. 'Everyone get in!' he ordered. We all got in with two crying babies. I sat Taleiah on my lap and buckled the seat belt over us while Liam did the same with Jacob. 'Alright pick a song' Louis spoke as he pulled out of the driveway. 'The wheels on the bus' Niall called out.
"The wheels on the bus go round and round....round and round...round and round. The wheels on the bus go round and round, all through the town" we sang as Louis drove around the block. 'Keep going lads' I announced as the twins continued to cry.
"The people on the bus go up and down up and down up and down" we all laughed as Louis drove pass a hump and the car went up and down.
"The horn on the bus goes beep, beep, beep...beep, beep beep" Louis pressed the horn on the car."The horn on the bus goes beep, beep, beep, all through the town" we continued to sing the nursery rhyme. 'Put some swag into it lads' Louis said and Liam began beat boxing.
"The wipers on the bus go swish, swish, swish" Louis put on the wipers even thought it wasn't raining and we all laughed as he tried to re-enact the song.
"The signals on the bus go blink, blink, blink" Louis put on his signals. 'Louis man, other drivers are gonna think the car is going crazy' I chuckled as he kept singing.
"The babies on the bus go waa, waa, waa...waa, waa, waa... waa, waa, waa" we all shared a laugh as we sang because that's exactly what the babies were doing.
"The parents on the bus go shh, shh, shh....shh, shh, shh" Liam and I placed a finger on our lips gesturing the twins to stop crying. "All through the town!" we all sang the last line. 'WAAHH, WAHHH' the twins still continued. 'Alright next song' Louis called out. 'I'm a little teapot' Niall suggested. 'Wow Niall, what did you get up to in your childhood?' I chuckled at his knowledge of numerous nursery rhymes.
"I'm a little teapot, short and stouts" Louis began the song. "Here is my handle, here is my spout" Liam tried to do the action with his arms. "When I get all steamed up" Niall started shaking his body like a boiling kettle. "I just shout, tip me over and pour me out" he leaned to one side as if he was a teapot. Suddenly the crying was replaced by laughter.
'Hallelujah!' Liam and I cheered, the twins were amused by Niall's dances move. 'Let's sing another song just to make sure they don't start crying again' Louis said. 'Okay, let's sing Old McDonald' Niall suggested. 'And Niall your in charge of making the animal noise' Liam told him.
