Hanging By A Moment

Samantha's POV:
'Okay, Sammie, you need to push' the midwife told me. 'I can't.. anymore' I panted. 'Oh babe, hang in there' Perrie held my hand. 'It's okay, we're here' Anna wiped the sweat beads off my forehead.

'Okay, you ready love?' the midwife asked and I nodded.I groaned at the struggle of child birth.'Nearly there, I can see it's head' the midwife told me. 'Push' she told me and I did with all the strength I had in my body, I grunted as I pushed out. I looked over to my legs when I heard crying. I let out a smile at the sound of its precious cries. The midwife held up the tiny human and passed it on to a nurse.

I placed my head back on the pillow and closed my eyes.

'Sammie!' I heard Perrie's voice . 'What's happening to her?' Anna demanded. 'Sammie, sammie' I heard the midwife in pitch black vision.
