Hanging By A Moment

Harry's POV:
'So how long is Sammie there for?' Zayn asked while he fixed his sleeves. 'Just a couple of days' I replied as put my jacket on. 'Alright lads you ready' Jack entered the room rubbing his hands together. 'Ready as my girlfriend will ever be for this' Louis smirked and we all laughed. 'But before we start, I have to tell you that we have to fly to LA on Saturday for a photo shoot with J-14 ' he announced. 'Oh yeah' the boys rejoiced and I smiled knowing I get to see Sammie. 'U.S.A.U.S.A' Niall chanted like Homer Simpson.

'Hi Jack' a lady dressed in business clothes entered the door. 'They're ready' Jack smiled at her. 'Hi boys, I'm Chloe Wells, editor of popstar magazine. So were going to bring in the girls now' she smiled full of joy. 'I'm more excited for you Niall' I uttered as he was the only single one in the group. 'You never know she could be the One' Louis added. 'Okay, Let's meet the winners' Chloe walked to the door.

'Niall your date for today is Daisy' Khloe ushered a cute little girl. 'Or maybe not' Liam muttered. 'Hi' Daisy waved happily at Niall. 'Hello' Niall gave her a high 5.

Zayn's date will be Ashley' Khloe entered the room with a blonde girl who was around 17.'Liam you'll be with Lucy' a girl entered shyly. Louis you'll be with 'Charlie' a little boy came in holding a football. 'Looks like its a football date' Louis cheered, he wasn't bothered by his date's age or gender.

'Finally Harry your date is Julia' a beautiful brunette wearing a shimmering lipgloss brigtened up the room. The boys started coughing loudly as they keep their head down low. 'You-re, ahem in trouble' Louis coughed. Jack was motioning with his hands for me to greet her. 'Hi' I shook her hand. Chloe began to talk 'So throughout the day will be going around and taking photos of you guys. There's only 3 rules....

1. You have to make sure your dates have the best time ever.
2. Is that everyone must be back here in 6 hours.
3. And lastly you all must give your date a kiss on the cheek at the end of the day.

'Alright, off you go' Chloe motioned us out. 'What kiss, you never said anything about a kiss?' Louis complained to Jack as we walked out. 'I have the best date planned' I heard Niall discuss with his date. 'So we can go to Macca's, then go to a buffet, then we can go to an ice cream shop. What do you think?' he asked. 'Sounds good' Daisy happily agreed.

We all went to the car park and everyone headed to their cars. 'Liam, where you going?' I whispered to him. 'Aquarium, she said she likes animal. Something we have in common' Liam smiled. 'Can we go with you?' I asked not knowing where to take my date. 'Haz, your supposed to ask your date were she wants to go' he chuckled and got into his car. I turned around and Julia stood there waiting for me. 'Umm, here' I opened the passenger door of my car. She jumped in and I closed the door. 'Where am I going, where am I going' I muttered to myself as I made my way around to the drivers seat. 'Umm, so do you wanna get something to eat?' I asked shyly. 'Sure, can we go to Gordon Ramsay?' she asked. 'Yeah sure' I replied and drove there.

We barely made conversation while we drove and it was getting awk-wardd.So I turned the radio on and 'Kiss You' was playing. I smiled as I heard her sing along. 'So what made you enter the competition?' I asked trying to make small talks. 'Actually, it was my friends that entered me. We just thought there was never going to be a chance we would actually win' she chuckled. 'But I have to admit, I'm not a directioner' she confessed. 'I mean I hear your songs and I love them but that's it' she explained. 'Well I'm glad you like our songs' I turned to smile at her and she smiled back. Silence fell upon the car again as no one talked. 'Um are you wearing channel no.5?' I asked softly. 'Im impress, Harry Styles knows how to sniff out perfume' she chuckled. 'No, it just smells like-' I paused. 'A lot of girls wear it' I quickly changed my answer. I didn't wanna start talking about Sammie as it might upset her, I mean this girl won a date with me, I didn't wanna ruin her day by starting to talk about another girl. Plus I don't think she was aware of Sammie and I.

When we got to the restaurant we sat at a table for two and ordered our food. 'And what drink would you like?' the waitress ask me. 'I'll just have water' I replied. 'How about you Ma'am' he asked Julia. 'Can I get the Latte SJR' she ordered.This girl was surprising more by the minute. Her name was the same as Sammie's middle name, she had brunette hair like Sammie, wore the same perfume and lipgloss and now she's ordering the drink I named after Sammie.

We continued to talk and got to know each other. Soon there was no awkwardness between us. We went to the beach and sat down to watch the sunset. 'Your girlfriend must be so lucky to have a guy like you' she spoke.I turned to her unaware that she knew about my relationship status. 'You knew?' I creased my eye brows. She smiled and nodded her head. 'I may not be a directioner but I still watch TV you know' she rolled her eyes. My phoned beeped and it was a text from Jack saying we had to be back at the in 30 minutes. Wow 6 hours went fast. 'I had a really good day' Julia smiled at me. 'I did to' I smiled and looked down. I didn't know how I was going to do this. 'You don't have to kiss me' she uttered. I looked up at her and she smiled. 'No it's okay, this is part of the competition' I assured her. Really harry? Was it really Okay? I thought to myself. I haven't kissed any other girl beside Sammie for the last 6 months.




I took a deep breath and slowly leaned for her left cheek.
