Broken

Emma's POV

The police took us to an orphanage Two days later, Cassidy got adopted. Thirteen days after that, Jackie got adopted. I was alone once agifor four years. Then, I was old enough to be taken out of the orphanage. They gave me two thousand dollars to start my life. Get an apartment, get a job, and such. I got a small apartment two blocks away from my job. I just picked up groceries and life is going well. A year later I got a room mate . His name is Niall. I think... Well, he got a job at the pizza place I work at. Life is good.

Niall's POV

Ahh. Home sweet home. I put my bag down and spotted a girl about 18 years old. I said, "Hi there. I'm Niall." She looked up from the book she was reading and said, "Hi Niall, I'm Emma." with a georgeous smile. "Well, Emma, It is nice to meet you. I am your new roo mate." "I was expecting you." she said "Do you need help with your bags?" While she took off her reading glasses. I said no thanks and all my bags that I was holding fell. She said, "I'm going to ignore the no thank you and help you anyways." I smiled and joined her in picking up my bags. Once we were done we both sat on the couch. I said, "I want to know more about you and your family." And with that she broke down crying.

Peter's POV

Finally. My escape is planned. It took me three years to plan. Tonight is the night. I shall be free!

Niall's POV

I immediately took Emma in my arms. "Emma." I said "Are you ok?!" She sniffled and said, "No. My life sucks. You don't want to know about me Of all people! Me! Why would you want to know about me?!" I replied, "Because you are so nice and beautiful." "No I'm not." she said. And with that I picked her up bridal style and carried her into my bedroom. I placed her on the bed and laid next to her. I said, "Emma. Please tell me what's wrong. I care about you." I wiped her tears with my thumb and she said ok. She began to tell me and my jaw dropped and hugged her for what felt like hours as she poured gallons of tears into my shirt. I then got up and grabbed my phone and texted Harry, Louis, Liam, and Zayn to come over as soon as possible as Emma kept crying.

Cassidy's POV

I wonder if Emma and Jackie are ok and where they are. I hope I see them again.

Jackie's POV

I really hope Emma and Cassidy are ok.

Emma's POV

I can't believe I just spilled my past to Niall. Just then I was knocked out of my thoughts by the doorbell ringing. Niall got up and ran to the door. Just then, 4 other guys came into Niall's room where I was sitting.
