So guys I have bad news btw my name is charlotte i'm livvies best friend and she tried to kill herself tonight but failed and is in critical condition but I will be taking over her for a while and i'd like to point out that the one and only Rihanna who writes Traces Of Your Touch commented on Livvies story I hope you don't mind for putting this up and guys please comment your prayers or anything so when she wakes up se can read through all your beautiful comments i'm betting will make her so happy

Hey, beautiful.
I read your story and all the obstacles that you have overcome. What I'm about to say now will sound extremely cheesy and philosophical but here goes:
You have been through a lot in life and that too in a young stage and even though you did not deserve any of it, I believe it only made you stronger. See, we're all soldiers fighting in the battle that is life but not all of us make it. You are one of the best out there, cause you have not just fought through your depression but you're learning to embrace the situation that life is throwing at you. I'd say you're a tough little soldier. The more experienced warrior out there. You have been through such pain that now you can tackle any problems in life. Better than us, I believe.
That being said, I want you to know that there is always a rainbow behind a black cloud. All you need to do is seek it. In your case, your friends are your rainbow. And I would like to consider myself one of them now that we are acquainted. :) So, baby girl, please don't resort to self harm. Your life is worth more than that. You have to let go of the past in order to move on to a better life. And most importantly, distract yourself. Cause you'll notice that you will overthink and start getting depressed when you're lonely or have nothing to do.
Whenever you get the urge to cut, punch a pillow instead. Whenever, you feel like crying your heart out, let it out infront of your friends. Ask them not to hold you when you're crying but once you've exhausted yourself from having let it all out. Trust me, I've been through a lot in life as well. And these steps have helped go through it. I can't say I'm completely healed but I am better. :) And just so you know, if you ever feel unloved or lonely, I'm here for you.
Don't give up. Don't let the sufferance win. They will come along once in a while but they will vanish after a while. Stay strong and stay positive. I love you and hope you get all the happiness that life has in store for you sooner. :) <3 -N.K
