We need to talk

Dinner

Liam:
I could tell Lily was nervous as we walked into the restaurant. She had this fake smile on her face, but I had one on too. I was so afraid that I would fuck things up with her, I'm planning on asking her out but, What if she doesn't like me like that? What if I mess things up? What if she thinks I'm rushing things? I can feel my heart racing and I keep reminding myself to calm down.

Lily:
I felt a little better when we were seated. We sat in a little booth holding each other's hands across the table. I couldn't stop smiling, he is just so cute! I could tell he was nervous by the way he was moving his feet, as if it was like something else was on his mind.
" Liam....are you okay?"

Liam:
" yeah , why?"

Lily:
" you just seem nervous or something. "

Liam:
" no... I'm not, I'm just very impatient that's all Hun , I...I mean Lily."

Lily:
" Hun? What is this all about?"
Just as Liam opened his mouth to answer me the waitress came over. I had butterflies in my stomach again, what was Hun all about?..... Hun? .....Is Liam planning anything, I just want to know what's going on. I mean he's acting weird and now Hun.

Liam:
Omg I can't believe I said that. What if she knows what I'm going to say? What if I scared her? Omg I'm an idiot! Now my plans have to be changed. Hopefully she forgot about it but the way she looked at me after I called her that was as romantic as it can get. Hopefully she feels the same was about me. Lily gets up to use the restroom, and I just wait thinking of all the possible things that could go wrong.

Lily:
I get up to use the bathroom but really I need to text Ashlee. Maybe she knows what's going on.
To Ashlee:
*hey ash, call me ASAP if you can*
I'm breathing heavily, I'm praying that he likes me the way I like him. What if he asks me out? Omg my life would be complete.
A few minutes past so I text her again.
*ASHLEE!*

Ashlee:
I heard my phone beep, I figured it was my mom or dad. They knew I was "having dinner"at Harry's. But when my phone went off again I knew something was up. I told Harry to pull out so I could look at it, I really was enjoying him. I stand up and look at my phone and I have two texts from Lily.I read them. "Fuck, what's going on!" I knew Lily was with Liam tonight.

Harry:
" babe what's going on? And hot damn u look good without those clothes on."

Ashlee:
" it's Lily!"
I quickly call Lily
Ring! Ring! Ring!
"Lily answer!"
I'm so scared that something is wrong, we all know Liam can be a dick.Lily picks up just as I'm about to hang up.

L-
"Hello."

A-
" Lily is everything all right?"

L-
" yes don't worry, I just have a question for you or Harry!"

A-
" what is it?"

L-
" do you know if Liam is planning anything, I mean he's acting weird and then he called me Hun and quickly corrected himself."

A-
" um I know he has to ask you something but I don't know what that is all he told Harry, and Harry says it's nothing bad don't worry."

L-
" omg Ashlee I love you, I was so scared thank you!"

A-
" no problem, you better get going."

L-
" bye ash."

Ashlee:
" Harry he's asking her out right?"

Harry:
" yes baby, yes!" He says with a groan. " can we get back to our fun now?"

Ashlee:
" fuck ya!" I lay on the bed as Harry is standing next to the bed. We finish eating as the waitress comes back with a small chocolate cake shaped as a heart with strawberries all around it for us to share. I look up at Liam and he smiles. In white icing it says
~Lily will you be my girlfriend?~
" omg Liam, when did u do this? How did you I love chocolate and strawberries? Of course I will, I would LOVE to be your girlfriend!" I reply as a tear slides down my face.

Liam:
" Lily why are you crying? I did this today before I got you!"

Lily:
" I'm just really happy, I...I.. Just like you a lot."

Liam:
" ah honey! Yes I was going to call you honey earlier but I catch myself. I glad you are happy, that's what I was going for!"

Lily:
I never knew Liam could be this sewer, I mean the heart shaped cake was perfect, my parent will love a guy like that! I knew something was up but I didn't think of anything like this. He brings me home around 9. He walks me to the door and gives me a good night kiss. Tonight was absolutely perfect!

Liam:
It seems like Lily had a good time, I know I did. And that kiss, omg it was amazing!
