I lay in the tent the zipper unzipped, Liam not yet here.

“One day,” I made a promise to the growing baby inside of me “One Day your daddy and I will find a cure for whatever this Vivens Mortua is we will raise you in a healthy world, you won’t be afraid to go play outside, you won’t be afraid to leave the house without arms, you will be safe, only having to worry about little silly things like learning to ride a bike, or learning to count to ten, being able to sing your ABC’s learning to read and write choosing your favourite uncle.” I grinned

“Loving your mommy and daddy” A voice behind me said

I grinned at Liam He pulled off his top and pants putting on a pair or ratty sweats and a tight t-shirt.

I had my loose t-shirt up over my tummy and a pair of yoga pants on.

Liam zipped up the tent. And lay beside me. I looked up at him.
Once he moved. He shimmied down to my tummy and but two hands on either side.

“Hello? Baby? It’ your Daddy, I don’t even know you yet, but I already love you more than you would even think. You don’t really know me but I hope you love me- and your mummy too. I’m going to teach you to play ball and box- forget uncle Louis he doesn’t need to teach you ball your Papa Payno can do that for you. I want to know if you’re a boy or a little girl. It won’t matter because I love you and I will love you either way, no matter what, If you come out with your mummy’s eyes good, if you come out with my eyes good, if you come out with your mummy’s nose or eyes or mouth good- If you come out with any of mine good. You’ll be beautiful especially if you look like your mum." He pressed his mouth to my tummy gently.

I touched his hair. He looked up at me grinning.

“Well I guess it’s time to start talking baby Names” I laughed

Liam nodded “Definetly.”

“Alena? Alaska? Kara?” I asked

“Taylor” He said, “I like Taylor, it’s neutral, boy or girl.”

I nodded “Nicholas”

“Do you know any of he meanings of the names” Liam asked me

I nodded “Alena is Light, Kara means beloved and Alaska means that which the sea breaks against, I like Kara and Alaska most”

He nodded “ so do I.”

I could tell Liam didn’t want to let go of the name Taylor, so I proposed a deal “Nicholas for a boy and Taylor for a girl”

He nodded “Deal.”

Liam and I were quiet, we both just looked at each other. Liam pressed his lips to mine, over and over and over again.

“Todays been one of the best day’s of my life Mr. Payne” I smiled

“And why is that Mrs. Momma Payne?”

“Because I’m now married to the man of my dreams and I’m going to have his baby.” I smiled putting my left hand on his cheek and his left on my tummy.

“one big happy family.”

“Forever” Liam whispered
