Noelle's POV
I walked into Science and sat at my usual table. Danielle was the first to sit next to me.

"Hey stranger." I joked

"Hi." she replied. Why is she so upset?

"What's wrong Dani?" I quickly asked

"I got him." she said handing me her Secret Santa envelope.

I had a feeling I knew who she was talking about, but I wanted to make sure I was right. Yup. She got Liam.

"I'm so sorry Dani, I know this is probably going to be hard for you, so if you want I can buy the gift and give it to him?" I offered

"No, it's not fair on your part. I'll get the gift, but I might actually let you give it to him. I would just start crying if I had to give him the gift." she said almost crying.

I was quick to give her a side hug and then Niall walked in.

"Heeyyyoo- Dani what's wrong?" he asked. Niall may hang out with Harry, Louis and Zayn, but him and Liam are the sweetest people ever. I don't even consider them in their little group.

"Nothing, don't worry." she said quickly smiling at Niall.

"I'm here if ya need to talk. Us leprechauns are smart like that." he replied making us laugh.

"Thanks Nialler." she said getting out her binders.

Last year Dani and Liam were dating. They were inseparable. Then they got into one big fight. There was an end of the year party and Harry thought it would be funny to push Dani into the pool. Liam was with the guys laughing, he thought it was funny and that Dani would take it as a joke, what he didn't know is that she was wearing one of her mothers expensive shirts that happens to react with Chlorine. Bottom line, Dani got really mad and they ended up having a huge public fight at the party. I felt so bad for her. Over the summer they barley talked, now he's with a new girl. Sophia, I'm pretty sure she's the rebound though.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when Niall poked me.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"While you were daydreaming Mr. Jerry assigned a project. So get your ass up and to the lab benches." he said chuckling.

"Oh shit. What's the project on?" I asked standing up and walking over to where Dani was standing.

"We have to make a functioning house using wires. Fun!" he joked.

"Doesn't sound that bad, it's probably just a lot of work." I replied

"Yeah, a shit load of work!" Dani said flipping through a package.

I looked over at another lab bench. It had Sophia, Josh (total hottie) and Liam. I could see him staring at Danielle. I had a feeling he still loved her. Though they don't want to admit it. They love each other. You can just see it in their eyes when they pass by in the halls. It breaks my heart to see them like this.

After class it was finally lunch. It would be nice if Niall sat with Me, Eleanor and Dani, but he sits with the boys at lunch. It's their thing. It's weird how they're the most popular guys in school. It's just strange. I looked over at the table and noticed the couples.

That one always stung a little, but at the end of the day, Harry deserves Aaryn, they're both total whore's (Yes Harry is a man whore) and they're both the biggest jerks in the school. I hope they have a miserable life together.

I looked over at Zayn and Perrie and I smiled. They were actually really cute. Perrie's in a few of my classes and we talk, she's actually super nice. Zayn is also pretty nice, he hasn't done anything personally to me, but he hangs with Harry and Louis...so ya know.

"I hate them. Except Niall." Eleanor said breaking the silence.

"Me too." added Dani

"I hate how they think they're so cool! One day they will be working for us, then we can boss them around." Eleanor said getting red from anger.

"Yeah, but it's not like we can do anything now so for now we gotta suck it up buttercup." I added making them laugh.

"So, I got Louis, you got Liam and you got Niall. How the fuck did we each end up getting a boy from that table?" asked Eleanor

"Bad luck" replied Dani

"At least I don't have Harry again this year." I said lifting my milk carton.

"Cheers to that!" El said as we all clinked milk cartons.

After school we all went our separate ways but decided to meet for shopping tomorrow and if we were unable to find something then the weekend after. I can't tell you how happy I was that it was finally Friday. Every Friday I go to a cafe called Timothy's. It's a nice little place for me to zone out and finish as much of my homework as I can before the weekend. Harry used to go there too, now he rarely comes.

I walked in and ordered my usual Peppermint Hot Chocolate with a chocolate croissant. I sat at my usual spot near the window and drank my hot chocolate while doing Math. Ugh, oh how I hate math. I mean HATE HATE HATE, Math.

"Can I have A Peppermint Hot Chocolate and a chocolate croissant?" I heard a husky voice ask.

Harry's POV
Aaryn was busy after school with some sort of cheer-leading thing so I decided to pay Timothy's a visit. It has been my favorite cafe ever since Noelle showed it to me. I knew she went there every Friday so when I walked in and saw her it was no surprise.

I ordered my drink and turned around. She was looking right at me. She looked so sad. I wanted to run over there and tell her I miss her, tell her I was wrong and that even though I act like a jerk, I'm still madly in love with her. But instead I grab my food and walk out.

I'm no good for her. Zayn even said so himself. Zayn actually really does like Noelle, he thinks she nice and a kind person, but when he told me that I was just going to break her heart...I knew he was right. I'm only going to hurt her more if I tell her I love her.





Who knew love could hurt?

Okay so I really hope ya'll are enjoying the story, I just thought that they're weren't enough Christmas stories and this would be perfect :)
