One Thousand Songs Later

Lily's POV:

I woke up to darkness. I almost screamed because that's how I woke up everyday when I was with Luke. He always made me sleep in the bathroom because if someone came in, they wouldn't see me. But I then I remembered that bathrooms aren't extremely comfortable and I relaxed.

I crawled out of bed, which wasn't exactly an easy job, I was sore all over. My body wasn't used to the luxury of a mattress instead of hard tiles. I decided to leave my bed unmade, I like how all the pillows were scattered on the mattress and how the sheets were in every which way. I opened my shades and smiled, it had snowed. I also hadn't have the luxury of a window either, Kyle always closed the shades or blacked out the windows. Knowing that I didn't have any new clothes to change into, I went downstairs.

Louis, Eleanor, Niall, Liam, Zayn, and Harry were all sitting on the couches and were having a heated discussion. They all looked up at me, tiredly when they heard me - no I'm too light now to make any noise with floorboards - when they saw me. I sat down on the carpet, seeing there was no room for me on the couch. I faced them and gave them all small smiles.

"What time is it?" I asked

"You slept in, it's 12:00." Stated Eleanor, I looked confusedly at her.

"But I never sleep in."

"You do when you go to bed at four in the morning." Said Niall.

"I didn't realize that I arrived here at what, three?" I asked, they all nodded.

"Where did you get those pajama pants?" Asked Louis.

"I thought Eleanor gave them to me." I looked to her, she shook her head slowly.

"No, I didn't go into your room last night."

"Wait, then who took my clothes out of the bathroom?" I asked.

"None of us went to your room last night." Said Liam.

Silence filled the room, all of us thinking the same thing.

"Someone was in our house." I whispered.

"There has to be a logical explanation for this." Said Eleanor, but her quick breaths betrayed her soothing tone.

"It was Kyle." I whispered, fearing the worst.

"No, Kyle's in jail right now! He couldn't of done any of that!" Shouted Harry.

"I always suspected that Kyle was working with someone, he always got phone calls that he found extremely annoying, and he definitely couldn't of snuck me around the globe by himself." I immediately put my hands on my mouth, I had said too much.

"Wait, Kyle took you around the globe?! How did he not get seen? The entire world was looking out for you!" Yelled Zayn.

"I knew you tried." I smiled, it was comforting to know they did try.

"We not only put a cash reward but there was an officer looking for you in every country!" Said Louis.

"So how did Kyle get away with this? Right under our noses, dodging the best detectives, the best officers, the best trackers." Harry ran his hands through his hair, looking as if he wanted to pull it out in frustration.

"What I want to know is, who is he?" Asked Niall.

"Have you met him before?" Asked Liam. I bit my lip, I should've known this was coming.

"I have met him once before, he's the one who drove me to the dance."

"So he's-" started Eleanor.

"Yeah, he's Luke's brother." All the boys just about exploded and started arguing and pointing to each other, accusing one another.

"It was Zayn! Zayn was the one in the first place that thought we could trust him!" Shouted Louis.

"Was not! It was Niall! He was the one that reckoned that he was a good bloke!" Zayn yelled.

"Hell no! Harry was the one who said that if Lily trusts him we should trust him!" screamed Niall.

"That wasn't me, that was Liam!" Harry protested.

"I'm the fucking Daddy Direction! I'm the responsible one, so it obviously wasn't me who suggested that Lily could date Luke!" Liam roared.

"STOP!" Eleanor screamed. We all looked at her.

"Luke, is nothing like his brother, Luke came to our house in tears almost! His was practically crying when he found out what happened for Lily. He cares for her and he felt so sorry about what he did to her." All the boys just starred at Eleanor.

"Eleanor, what did Luke do to Lily?" Louis asked quietly, Eleanor sighed.

"He gave her an orchid." Louis sucked in his breath, he knew about my allergies.

"It was an accident, he didn't know!" Shouted Eleanor.

"I think that-" started Zayn, and that was when I decided to just leave. I had enough of this conversation, it was going nowhere.

"Where are you going?" Asked Liam.

"Up." I mumbled and continued my climb up the stairs.

I ran to my bed and just collapsed onto it, I was already exhausted and just wanted to sleep. But I knew that I needed to get dressed. Groaning, I went into my closet and see if there was any clothes that I could fit into. I went through every piece of clothing, every shoe and nothing fit, I had to face the facts. I was never going to be the little girl I once was.

I decided that I would ask Eleanor to borrow some of hers until I got new ones because now, we were the same height. Walking out of my closet I almost had a heart attack.

My bed was neatly made, all the covers and pillows were back into their rightful place. But what scared me most of all, was that on the edge of my bed, there was a set of clothes that was exactly alike the ones I had worn when I had gotten kidnapped. Except they were now in my correct size. Boots and everything.

Someone was in our house again.
