Z swiped his card as he went through the Automatic doors into his office. He saw stacks of folders on his desk as he made his way over to it. He saw a memo on top of the folders.
TOP SECRET
Z,
The world is being threatened by an unknown source. Due to lack of knowing what will happen S.H.I.E.L.D. has made the hard decision to reopen Initiative 317: The Avengers Initiative.
Z stoped reading at this suprised. The Avengers Initiative had been disbanded 15 years earlier because they were no longer needed. It must be a dire situation for S.H.I.E.L.D. to restart it.
Many of the old Avengers are not available. These files contain those to be considered for the new team. Please read through and select those who you think are equiped.

Z sat at his desk and removed the memo. He grabbed the first file and started to read.
