Chapter 3
Clarys` POV:
“Still can´t believe you said yes to the job”, Taylor shouted out from the bathroom. I was busy with trying to fix the mess on my head called hair to answer straight away. My mouth was filled with a bobby pin and I spat it out.
“You have school and I thought I could need the money to come back again soon”, I explained.
“You just arrived yesterday and already think about leaving again”, she said sadly. I caught myself thinking that she was right.
“This is why we have to party and shake our asses off”, she uttered as she got out of the bathroom, wearing a fluttery, short dress. She still had some baby pounds, but to be honest they only made her curvier and a lot sexier than she already was.
Rosy sat on the floor and played with some toy, which imitated animal noises and watched us with big eyes, getting ready.
“You´re sure Connors´ okay with bringing Zayn?”, I asked one more time.
“Zayn? Oh, the guy from the bakery? I´m sure he is and you said he´s hot, so I force him to be anyways”, she chattered.
“I didn´t said he´s hot. I said he´s good-looking, there is a difference”, I blushed.
“You said good-looking, but your voice and body said hot, Clary”, she stated and I blushed even more. In some way she was right since I found him hot, but we´re working together for at least two weeks and that was clearly the point.
Only two weeks and I had to leave again. I got into my heels and starred in the mirror for the last time.
“You think I can go like that?”, I asked Taylor over my shoulder. She giggled and I turned to see what was so funny.
“Do I look ridiculous?”, I asked nervously.
“No, I just remembered the party last year and the outfit you had chosen and look at you know...you clearly learned something!”, she laughed. Oh god, the party. Seemed like 10 years ago. I never had drunk that much before and then I kissed...whatever.
“I take that as a compliment”, I told her and rolled my eyes.
“You should...you two look hot as hell”, Connor interrupted us as he entered the room.
“Your Mum´s here to babysit Rosy”, he informed us and we headed to the door to leave.
Taylor seemed to be somewhat difficult to leave Rosy alone, but Connor said it only be for one night and I had to smile about Taylor, who always had been a party animal, but now refused to leave her daughter. She kissed her goodbye and freed her fingers out of her clingy fist and we were ready to go.
The club looked like a dark industrial hall from the outside, but we could hear the loud music inside as we waited in front of the building for Simon, his boyfriend and Zayn.
“Hey guys”, I heard Simons´ excited voice from all over the parking lot and had to laugh. God, how I missed this omnipresent excitement. Simon looked bubbly and stylish as always and I glanced over to the boy next to him. He was really skinny and had sharp facial features, but his light blue eyes gave it something friendly.
“Clary, that´s Felix. Felix, this is Clary”, he introduced us. “Hi, nice to finally meet you”, I shook his hand politely and he faintly smiled at me.
“The pleasure´s on my side”, he said with a thin, but pleasant voice. I found it surprisingly that he seemed to be so shy and calm and could stand like that next to Simon, who was always full of energy and power and talking non stop.
But they were cute together, like Felix gave Simon the repose he needed and Simon seemed to push Felix to get out of himself a little bit.
I listened to Taylor and Simon talking about school and the A-levels, they were about to take as I saw the tall figure head into our direction. I had to smile over my whole face as his face came in sight. Don´t know why since we only knew each other for a day, but I was happy to see him here.
He wore a plain white shirt, which revealed some more tattoos on his chest and skinny jeans with a leather jacket. God, he looked handsome.
“Hey”, I greeted him and introduced him to the group.
“Guys, that´s Zayn.” He let out a short Hello and I thought he would fit in very easy. Since our group was completed we got in the club and were surrounded by dark light and loud music. I offered myself to take the jackets to the wardrobe and Zayn joined me.
“You look awesome”, he said quietly as we waited in line. I tried to figure out, if I was just imagining or if he really just called me pretty.
“Uhm...thanks, I guess”, I stuttered.
“I´m happy you´re here with us tonight”, I tried to save the situation.
“Thanks again for inviting me. My social contacts had been really low since I got here”, he smiled at me and I knew exactly what he was talking about. I wanted to tell him how much I could identify with him, but the staff member from the wardrobe interrupted us.
We got back to the rest and we decided to get drinks first. The air was buzzing with music and thin and sticky from all the people in there.
“I´ll get a sex on the beach, please”, I screamed over the noise to the bartender and he nodded. I turned to talk to Zayn, but that was the moment I saw him.
Him, him, him...Damn it, Harry!

Heyho. Short chapter, I know. I´ll probably update another one later this night.My friends at school, who are reading the story hate me for the plot already, haha.
They say it sucks because something´s definitely happened between Clary and Harry. :D
