I Can Explain
~Madelyn's POV~
It has been a whole month! 30 days! Me and Louis have been together for a whole 30 days! Louis has been wonderful! He is nice, sweet, kind, and funny just like he used to be. Who ever thought that me and my best friend, Louis Tomlinson, would be dating. Let alone, last a whole month.
"Maddie?" Louis asked as I moved my last box into the flat.
That's right. Louis asked me to move in with him yesterday for our anniversary. Sadly I only had 48 dollars saved up. And he already has anything he ever wants! So I just guessed and wrote him a love letter! I put a lot of time and thought into that letter and I hope he loves it!
"Yes, Louis?" I answered as he helped me sit the box down on the floor.
Remember I don't have much and I had only 3 small boxes to bring so pretty much it all fit in the corner and took up no space. It's sad. Like I feel pathetic. But not anymore! I have my Louis!
"Tonight, for our anniversary, what do you want to do?" He asked.
Awwh. Louis didn't just go and try to do something on his own he asked me what I wanted to do. This is why I love him. Buuut.... We haven't exactly told each other I love you yet.
"I think I just wanna stay here tonight and have a movie marathon." I suggested.
"That sounds perfect." Louis smiled and gave me a kiss on the forehead. If he smiled I smiled. If he laughed I laughed. If he cried I cried. If he jumped off a bridge then.... Well I would jump off the bridge too. I couldn't bare to be without him.

It's tonight! Woop woop! Movie marathon! Me and Lou changed into pajamas and sat on his bed. The scary part was..... We actually haven't... Done it yet.
There was a moment of silence.
"Lou?" I asked.
"Yes?" He replied.
"Aren't you gonna turn on the TV?"
"Right......" He said stupidly. "I actually don't know where the remote is."
I laughed. "Oh my god, Lou."
"Oh shut up and let's look for it!" He teased with a smirk.
I agreed and went off to looking. Lou searched in the living room and I searched in the bedroom.
In the closet? No. Anywhere inside or outside the nightstand? Definitely not. Under the bed? N- Wait a second.
Why is there a bra under the bed? I pulled it out and examined it. It's certainly not mine! I gasped as I felt tears sting my eyes.
"Found it!" Louis cheered as he walked in the room. I stood up.
"Yeah well I found this." My voice cracked as I held the bra up.
Louis looked shocked and started stuttering. "B-Bu-I-How-Whe-"
"Save it Louis!" I yelled as tears streamed down my face. I threw the bra on the ground and stormed out of the flat.
I don't know where I am going but it's sure as heck, far away from here. I can't believe he would do that to me!
Just then it started raining. Well just great! I felt the cold air blow silently as the rain slowly soaked through my thin jacket. At first I thought it was just the rain but I soon realized I was crying. Wanna know how I guessed? I got stares from random people because I was sobbing.
Yes, very polite aren't they?

~Louis POV~
I watched as she stormed out of the flat.
I swear to god I did not cheat on her! But I did recognize the bra. It was Eleanor's.
She never came over after I had broken up with her. She must have left it here. But I swear I did not cheat on her! I had no idea that the bra was under my bed. It came just as a surprise to me as it did to Madelyn!
I paced around the house and started panicking. What do I do, what do I do? I kept asking myself.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw something. I turned around and looked at the coffee table.
There was an envelope with a heart sticker to keep it closed. I turned it around and read it.

I was suddenly curious as of to why it was here and opened it. I slowly took the letter out and held it carefully as I read.
Dear Sexy,
I wasn't sure as of what to get you, so instead I wrote you a letter. For starters, Happy Anniversary! Sometimes I wonder what's going on inside that head of yours. And I know you wonder what goes on in mine. So I decided I'm going to tell you.
Louis William Tomlinson, you have made one huge impact on my life. Ever since 3rd grade you were there for me. Through thick and thin, through easy and tough. When ever I was sad or having a bad day, you always knew how to make it better. You're my backbone, my rock. Louis you're my everything. I could never imagine living a day without you. It's hard to believe that we are lovers. But I can't deny these feelings I have for you. Everytime I see your face, your hair, your smile, I become overwhelmed. But in a good way. I become overwhelmed in happiness. When you kissed me in the field, for the first time ever, I felt like it was ok to fall. Because I was falling for you. And nothing could ever change that. You're on my mind 24/7. Even when we are already laying in the same bed, you're still in my dreams. It's impossible to keep you away from me. One way or another you'll always be in my mind. Boobear, I love you. I know we haven't said anything about love yet but I just can't hold back. I love you with all my heart. When I'm with you I feel like...... Like nothing can stop me. Nothing can stop us. Every night I use to cry myself to sleep for being poor, worthless, and pathetic. But then you came along and took me into care. It scares me how fast I'm falling but as long as I know you're there at the bottom waiting for me, I'll be ok. Just the warm touch of your skin gives me chills. Whenever our lips interact electrical shocks of excitement travel through out my body. The sound of your voice reminds me of how much I missed you when you were gone for those 4 years. But then I remember it's not the voices in my head anymore. It's actually you, right there, in front of me. You give me all these feelings that I can't explain. And my dear, these feelings will never change.

I was surprised. "I love you too." I whispered to myself.
I set the letter down gently on the coffee table and grabbed my jacket. I ran out the door and felt the crisp November air tickle me while the rain poured down.
I quickly got in the car and started the engine.

I searched everywhere.
I decided to park in this abandoned parking lot. I looked at my phone and saw it had been an hour and 2 minutes since Madelyn left. I sighed and banged my head on the steering wheel. Great. Now she is walking somewhere out here in the pouring rain, probably freezing to death.
In the mirror I saw something that caught my eye. I got out of the car fast and ran over to her.
"Madelyn!" I shouted. She turned her head and I ran up to her and embraced her in a hug.
She didn't hug back, in fact, she didn't do anything but stand there. She just stood frozen, not making a move. I parted the hug and looked at her. She still had a tear stained face. Her eyes red from crying.
"Look Madelyn, I can explain." I said.
She just stared at me and nodded for me to go on.
"The bra is Eleanor's bu-" I got interrupted as she made a high pitch sound and put her hands over her mouth as more tears flooded her face.
"But wait! It is her's but it's from a long time ago! I had no idea it was under my bed! I swear she was never there after the break up!" I said, my voice cracking in the middle. I tried to hold back the tears that were trying to escape. In a time like this, anyone would be devastated.
"How do I know you're not lying!?" She choked out.
"Madelyn Benward, I love you more than anything!" I grabbed her by the waist and pulled her in close. I placed my lips on hers and we kissed. At first she was startled but kissed back. I smiled against her lips as the kiss went on.
"I won't ever let you go." I whispered into her ear.
