The Serial Killer

so i already mentioned earlier i already found someone in Italy, well not anymore.
i found out recently he's been murdered by a serial killer, that triggered my curiosity so i'm gonna go there anyway.
After the flight, now in Italy.
aah, Italy. the land of pasta and mafia. I've been here before actually, yes that was a nice time.
i was in China at the time, just finished a job. well, i call it a job but i actually just do it for fun.
anyways i finished the job, and i heard on the TV something about the mafia.
apparently a mafia boss has been taken prison and his followers are making the streets of italy unsafe. and i'm not one for killing innocent people, so i killed the mafia boss.
i know it sounds like mission impossible, but it was possible. kinda like Harry, you kill the followers, the leader becomes weak and a easy target.
back to the serial killer of today. he hasn't been identified yet but i know i can unmask this dude.
maybe i can even learn something from him, well that depends on how good he is.
i arrived at the crime scene where my original target lies lifeless. his name was Stephen Noordhoff, he was a part of a gang and he liked to rape women and then hang them in the woods. he killed innocent women, that's why i wanted to kill him but apparently someone was thinking the same thing.
as soon as i arrived there i could just go to the body, the police in Italy is so weak any tourist could mess up the evidence. when i walked closer to Stephen i noticed a view things.
he has four bullets in his body, one in his eye and i can tell you, it looks disgusting.
another thing i noticed is that he has blood on his hand, that means he fought back.
also he has a piece of paper in the inner pocket of his jacked.
i opened it up and saw a address on it, maybe that is where he and his killer met up and then that man brought him back here. he didn't die here, that is four sure.
the heels of his boots are dirty but the rest of the shoe isn't, also his jacked is ruffled in a way that only happens when someone is dragging you somewhere.
i think i can make two conclusion out of the evidence.
1- This serial killer is a newbie, he leaves to many clues behind and there four a easy target.
