Charlotte's POV:

"Louis." I say in a almost a whisper as I turn my head when the front door open. He smiles as I get off the couch to greet him.

"Your back early, usually your gone for a couple of hours." I look at my watch, seeing that it's only noon. He smirks and replies with a simple yep.

I wrap my arms around him inhaling his masculine scent, of cologne and a hint of cigarettes. He hugs me back with only one hand the other one behind his back.

"Hmm," I give him a confused look, reaching my hand to grab it, but he steps back. "Lou, what is that?"

"Nothing," He chuckles, when I sigh he rolls his eyes, "I was waiting until later, but I guess I can give it to you now."

As Louis pulls his hand from behind his back, I begin to smile, realizing exactly what it is "A rose." I say sniffing it, and giving him a quick kiss on the lips.

"Happy 2 week anniversary." Louis says nibbling on his bottom lip. I shake my head in disbelief, I couldn't believe It'd already been that long since that night. "Thank you, that's really thoughtful."

I look down at the the rose I held in my hand. The constant aroma of its fragrance brought back memories of that night, the night that changed everything.

*Flashback to 2 weeks ago; day of the interview*

Louis's POV:

The sudden slamming of the back door, caused my head to turn that direction. I see Charlotte walking rather quickly, her eyes are filled with tears. I wonder whats going on.

As she begins to almost past me, I lightly grab her wrist then she stops and turns to face me. When our eyes meet, my heart begins to race. "You okay?"

"Yea, It's just-." She says quietly and stops mid sentence, gasping slightly as I grasp her hand, holding it in mine. "-I umm nevermind, its nothing."

I notice her breathing is unsteady, like she's about to cry. I don't believe her, not for a second. There is something on her mind, and I wish she'd tell me, because I still do care, even though we may not be together.

"You know Charlotte, even though were not together, I still care about you."

"I'm sorry but I can't." She releases my hand, but the warmth still lingers, her brown eyes meet mine, but then she walks away. Instead of standing there, I follow her out the front doors.

"Please, I know were not really in a good place right now, but I want us to be friends again, at least give me a chance to make it up to you."

She hesitates her answer, nibbling on her bottom lip. "I don't know, I don't think you'd want to be friends with me after what I've done."

"I doubt that, what is it?" I ask anxiously, what could she have possibly done, that would be that unforgivable.

"It's not a good time, just please drop this."

"Then when is the right time, I just want to know whats going on, just tell me," now sound like i'm begging by this point, "Please."

"Last week Harry and I began going out, until we decided to break it off today, because it wasn't right, I'm sorry."

At that moment, I didn't know what to feel, except dumbfounded. Lost for words, I couldn't even speak for a minute. "I-I umm I forgive you," I sigh, thinking for a moment, "I just wish we could go back to when things were simple, without all this drama."

She smiles, nodding "Yea, me too, but its just not that easy."

''We can at least try."

"I'd like that."

I wrap my arms around her, as she lays her head on my shoulder, I take a deep breathe. It felt good, to finally let go of our past and start over.

I pull away, and lean down to pick a rose from the small garden in front of the studio, "I'm Louis, and can I say you look as beautiful as this red rose."

Char laughs softly, and its like music to my ears. "I'm Charlotte, it's nice to meet you."

Awwwh. Chouis moment, (haha I still don't have a ship name.). Its been a week sinc e my last update and I wouldn't blame you, if you hate me right now, Honestly there is no excuse for my sudden absense, except just being busy with life. Anyways I hope you like this chapter and it cleared up somethings. :)
