Charlotte's POV:

"Any other night would be better, Harry. Today's not good for me," I frowned, swinging open the door to the apartment, and closing it after.

"But it has to be tonight," He insisted.

"Why?" I asked skeptically.

"Just because," Harry smiled, dimples on full display.

God. That smile. He's lucky he's so attractive. The dimly lit street light centered on his green eyes perfectly, making them sparkle in the night. The next thing I knew I was taking in all of his features: the killer dimples, sharp jawline, emerald eyes.

Before I could stop myself, my lips began to part and the word "okay" involuntarily fell from my mouth.

"Great ill be back around 7:00, i'm going to go arrange somethings" He said cheerfully, while walking out the front door, winking.

I check the time it's 4:00 which leaves me 3 hours to get ready. Which is enough time to hopefully find a nice outfit, but I need a ride to the nearest mall center.

"Niall!" I shout up the stairs.

"What is it?" He peers out of his room around the corner.

"Do you happen to have a car I can borrow?"

"Why?"

"I just do."

"Nope you gotta tell me or no car for char."

"Fine," I agree "I'm going on a date with harry, and I need a new outfit from the mall."

"Ahh exciting, whose going with you?" He says in fake giggly tone.

I laugh, "No one, do you happen to know any girls my age who would be interested in shopping?"

"Ohh, I know plentty." He says it like its no big deal, but I don't believe him.

"Really now?"

"Mhmm. I have a friend named Belle, she's really cool, I know she'll take up the offer."

"Okay.. can you send her a text?" I ask, setting down my purse on the railing.

"Done." He says almost as if he did it simultaneously. I shoot him a confused look.

"She said she's on her way."

"That was fast, how long will it take for her to get here?"

"Oh she lives next door," Niall smiles brightly, disappearing behind the corner "Have fun."

I open the door and girl a bit shorter than I am, appears. She's quite pretty, and has a few freckles on her face, her fairly long brown hair is tied in a messy side bun. Belle smiles, "Hello," Her light brown eyes are cheerful "Charlotte right?"

"Yea," I nod "You ready to go?"

"Of course," She begins walking to a black mini cooper, unlocking the doors, as we both get inside. "Where are we going?"

"The nearest mall, I need a new outfit."

"What's the occasion?"

"I have a date tonight with harry."

"Oh."

"What?"

"Nothing it's just, be careful. there's more than meets the eye with him." Belle starts the car and takes off into the street.

I don't ask further questions, I don't want to start what I can't finish, with not enough time. I bet she doesn't know what the hell she's talking about.

After an hour and a half, I was finally able to find something to wear. On our way back to the apartment, I decide to ask the question lingering in my mind.

"What do you mean earlier?"

She sighs keeping her eyes on the road. "Oh it was like almost 4 years ago, It doesn't really matter anymore."

"Just tell me, were friends now"

"Well back in 2010, All the boys used to live in that apartment. Long story short, I fell for with Harry and his band mate, I knew I couldn't have them both, so I let them go."

"Who was the other band mate? Just curious."

"Louis."
