I angrily pushed myself out of my seat and banged my hands on the table. My eyes glared at both the judge and Harry as he did the exact same thing as me.

"You can't do that!" My voice was very loud but I wasn't screaming. "Yeah you can't do that!" Harry chipped into what I said.

My ears ringed as the judge bangs the mallet onto the wooden thing causing at loud bang to roam through the big room.

"order in the court! Order in the court." She yelled.

I immediately realized what I was doing and sat back down trying to cool my anger . How could she give me and Harry shared custody? She has no right!

"You have no right to do that!" I pointed my finger at the judge. I held back on calling her every name in the book because I didn't want her to do anymore stupid shit then she's already doing.

"I have every right Ms. Keith. If I want to give Harry full custody, I can give him full custody. If I want to give you full custody, I can give you full custody!" She got up from her seat and leaned on her desk looking directly at me with those dagger eyes.

"If I want you too, give Ema to a Forster family, I can give Ema to a Forster family!" Her voice and those words burned holes through my body. I never realized how much power she had over me. Us.

"Harry has no right to raise Em-" The judge put her hand up in order for me to stop talking, which I did.

"You have no right to raise Ema too! You both are unable to raise Ema alone mentally and physically so, when Harry's away or on tour, you can raise her and when your doing whatever you do, Harry can raise her. It works out completely." A huge sarcastic smile surfaced on her face.

How did I know it was sarcastic? Because, this isn't a moment to be smile ear to fucking ear.

There was silence all around. I was quiet because I was getting my head together. This really can't be happening to me right now.

"Me and Ema were fine just with the two of us." My voice was low and calm. I didn't want to cause anymore confusion so I just stayed in my seat.

"And you wanna know what happened when it was just the two of you?" Here we go again......

"Ema was molested! Molested under your house hold! And you claim you didn't know about it! You really should be on your knees kissing my feet, thanking me! That I Let you even have custody of Ema! Because how do I one hundred percent know you had nothing to do with it."

My bottom lip quivered. To this day, I still feel that what happen to Ema was ALL my fault! I will never forgive myself for what happen to Ema because as a mother I had one responsibility and that was to protect her.

"I have all control over the both of you, so whatever I say go! No if and buts about it." My eyes moved over to Harry. For some reason, he didn't look mad or angry at all about this situation, he seemed actually..... Happy? But I then immediately looked away when his eyes met mine.



"Oh and before you two leave, Mr. Styles did you get the apartment I asked you to?" Harry nodded his head up and down.

"Alright, Ms. Keith you have three days to pack up your apartment and move in with Harry and Ema since your apartment is small, it can't fit three people." My eyes suddenly lock on the judges in disbelief.

The fuck shit is this bitch trying to pull?

My hands pull pull my hair back about to pull it out. How can this be happening what is Ter- Oh my god Terrell!! What is Terrell going to say? What is Terrell going to think!?

"I have a boyfriend!!" I point out to the judge. She looks at me and laughs like Santa. Fat bitch.

"Am I suppose to care? I have a husband and three annoying girls who come over every weekend for Sunday dinner with their children. What are you trying to get at by saying you have a boyfriend?"

"He's not going to like this. At all!"

"well bring him here, I'll make him like it." Ew, the fuck did that mean?

"Look, you don't know how many people around your age come in with the same problems! And I address them all the same way! But with you guys, your different. I see something different in the both of you then I see in the other teenage parents. So, I'm going to handle the situation differently."

"What's different?" I hesitant giving all my attention to the judge now.

"Love. I see love in you guys for each other and for that little Ema of yours...." Her eyes looked back and fourth at me and Harry.

"Give it six months, eight months top and you'll see the same thing I'm seeing in the both of you. And if you don't, I'm wrong and you can go back to that small apartment and just have to alternate days where Ema can see both of you."

eight fucking months of this shit?


"Until then, I know pronounce the both of you baby mother and baby father that's going to live in the same house hold with their child for eight months, straight." I pack my things up eager to get out of this room and to Terrell for I can explain this situation.

As I leave before Harry even had a chance to make it out of his seat the judge called my name. I flipped my head and turned my body to her.
