(Taylor's POV)
I intertwined my fingers with Terrell's as he spoons my body with his. I lay their awake as Terrell lays their sleep like a baby. It was so comftable in the spot I was in I didn't want to move. And then my phone rings.......
I hold my upper body up by my elbow as my hand moves my messy hair out of my face. I reach for my ringing phone but immediately get pulled back into Terrell's strong embrace.
"Don't leave Taylor." His morning voice sent shivers throw my body. His lips connected to my neck and it tickled.
"Baby..." I couldn't stop laughing.
"I need to answer my phone." I whine. His lips parted from my neck but his arms stayed around my waist securely me tightly.
"The call may be important." I heard Terrell sigh as his grip loosened. I quickly got my phone one the last ring.
Me: hello?
Lawyer: hello ms. Keith?
Me: yes?
Lawyer: just reminding you That we have court in about two hours.
Shit.
Me: oh yes, I knew that.
Lawyer: alright, so be on time please
Me: whatever, bye.

I hang up and sit up with my feet dangling off the bed. My hand moves to my forehead as I rub it remembering the night that me and Terrell had.
"Baby?" I rub my eyes.
"Yeah Tay?" He lays on his back as he yawns.
"What did we do last? I really do t remember anything..." I laugh as i get up from the bed and walk to the open window where the sun light was shinning in from.
"Well, when I went to get a comdom..... I came back and you were out cold." Really? I wasn't even that sleepy last night.
"So we didn't do anything?" I kind of felt relieved with he nodded his head up and down.
I just wasn't ready to do any of that stuff. "What time is it?" I watch Terrell as he gets up from the bed only in his boxers and checks his phone.
I loved his body.
"It's 9:14 why?" Damn, why am I up so early? I grab one of Terrell's t shirts and put it on. I grab my hair and pull it out of the shirt bring it to lay on one of my shoulders.
"I have court in about a hour and 45 minutes. I need to start getting ready." I give Terrell a quick peck on the lips before taking a shower.
"so Terrell, what are you gonna do when I'm gone?" I say trying to make conversation since I was in the bathroom doing my makeup and Terrell was doing I don't know what in the bathroom.
"Um, I don't know yet. I mean it's so fucking early and I don't work today so maybe you'll want to go out later?" I look out of the bathroom door and shake my head as a yes.
I gather up all my makeup and stuff it back Into my makeup bag to get ready to leave for court. My eyes look down to make sure I didn't get any makeup or lipstick on my outfit that I just bought bought yesterday.
I walk out of the bathroom to see Terrell sitting on the edge of the bed playing COD. He was playing zombies which was my favorite.
Me and Harry used to play this all the time.
I walk over and sit next to him as he focuses on the game, not me. "Yeah, get the ray gun, it's one of the best guns in the game." His eyes glanced at me then return to the game.
"What do you know about call of duty?" He playfully hit my arm. I got up from the bed and kissed his cheek lightly.
"I know more than you since I have to tell yuk to get the ray gun!" I chuckle to myself as I walk to the door of his bedroom about to leave.
"Taylor....." I immediately look back to Terrell shoes eyes were locked on mine.
"yeah baby?" I didn't bother walking back over there. I was on a time schedule.
"You smell good." He gives me a shy smile which makes my heart melt. He was just like a new born shy puppy at times and it was so adorable. But I blow him a quick kiss and walk out of his apartment.
My head lays on the wooden desk I began to call my friend since I've seen it a lot in the past couple of weeks. My head was faced to the wall because for some reason, I didn't want to look at Harry.
"Okay, let's get started."
My head suddenly pops up when I see the judge enter the room from the back doors in her famous black thingy she wears every time I see her.
Her eyes scan the room and land on mine. "Nice to see you've actually decided to show up on time Ms. Keith."
Let it go Taylor, just let it go.
I wasn't going to let her rudeness get to me today, I was in a good mood and nothing was going to rewind it.
Her hands folded together on the table as she looked back and fourth at me and Harry.
"we've been doing this for a couple of weeks, even months now. And I've don't house visits, looked at your backgrounds... The whole 9." She took her glasses off and took a deep breath.
"Both of you guys are neither fit for Ema's to be in your custody." Shit. My heart started to race like there was no tomorrow. What if it's Harry?
"Mr. Styles, your always traveling and there's paps which isn't a healthy environment for Ema's..... And Ms. Keith." Her dagger eyes meet mine.
"You don't have a job, you basically have no money and you live in a very small apartment......." It's probably not me. I shouldn't give my hopes up.
"I've also talked to Ema about who she would like......". Huh? When?
"And I've decided who gets custody of three year old Ema Keith Styles....." Here we go.... I bit down on my bottom lip harshly with anticipation filling my body. My body is jittery and I know for a fact that I'm sweating, I could feel it.
I glance over at Harry who's eyes were glued on the judge.
"The person who gets custody of Ema Keith Styles is..." My eyes grew wide as my lips immediately parted from what the judge just said........
