When I eventually looked at Harry, he just stood there. I awkwardly coughed to break the silence.
"I better get going, I have work and I'm already late for something... Bye Katrina, I'll see you around." I looked at Harry and the girl he was with but didn't say anything, just walked away.

I was getting ready to go to my night job which is working at a nightclub. It's more of a hobby, 'cos I like doing it and pus it's my friends club and I get to drink and dance all night long... Oh and I also sing sometimes when someone asks me to.

I put my shoes on and made my way to my car and left to work.
As I got there I could here the loud music and people just having fun. As I made my way to the back, to get ready to take over the other bartender, people greeted me with smiles and waves and some even whistled at me...
The first two hours were quite fun, I had a few conversations with guys that were full-on intoxicated. It was actually quite funny because I understood half of what they were saying.
I was getting ready to finish up when I heard a girl's voice, "Hey, bartender!" I looked where the voice was coming from and I saw the girl Harry was with before at the park. The thought made my heart shatter, to think that I meant something to him...
"Yes? What would you like?" She looked thoughtful before she said what drinks she wanted. I immediately started making her drinks and when they were done I turned to give them to her but instead of meeting her light brown ones, I was met with green sparkling eyes.
"Ah... Here...you go..." I was stuttering but I turned and walked away but before I could make a run for it Harry called me.
"Annabella, where have you been these past few years? I spent most of those years looking for you but had no luck!"
"Well, it does seem like you've been busy these past few years" I answered sarcastically. When he was about to say something, his 'girlfriend' came up behind him, asking him why he had taken so long. Then she looked at me and gave me somewhat of a questioning look. I ignored her look and complimented her, "I like your necklace! It's exactly the same as one that I got from my boyfriend!"
"Yeah, Harry gave me this, he said it will always be me and him together forever... Isn't he just sweet?" Her words tore me into pieces, that is exactly what he had said to me...
"Oh we-" I was interrupted by my friend, Franky, "Hey bells your up, people goin' crazy to hear you sing..."
"Comin' give me a sec!" I jumped over the bar and landed softly on my feet. I turned slightly to look at Harry and his 'girl' and bluntly mumbled to her.
"One piece of advice for you... don't believe anything anyone tells you..." I walked away and made my way up to the stage in front of everyone and spoke in my happiest and most excited voice.
"Now, now everyone calm down... Today I'll be singing a song I like to call 'Never let you go' and it's for all those lovers out there that have gotten their hearts broken before... And it goes like this..." I gave the guys the cue for them to put the music on.

As I sang I let a few tears fall knowing it was no use to try and stop them from falling. At the end of the song I coincidentally looked in Harry's direction and saw he had a pained look on his face.
As I thanked the audience for their attention, I saw everyone making a pass for someone to come walking in through and once they had reached near the front of the stage I noticed it was a group of people, girls and boys.
"We come here in peace, we want a dance battle between your group and ours" we didn't usually do, dance battles but when an opportunity came along we would take it...
"Ok, but one thing... it's your funeral... Hahaha" I got my girls next to me and the guys behind me on the dance floor while their crew stood about four metres away.

After the audience cheered for us, it was announced that we had won. We were smiling and celebrating when I saw someone appear behind the dance crew. Renny... I looked at her while she gave me a weird, wicked, evil smile.
"Well Annabella, looks like you won this battle but you lost he fight for Harry's heart... against my cousin! hahahahaha" She moved and I saw Harry kissing the girl he had been with, that's when I realised why she looked so familiar it was Caitlyn, Renny's cousin, I had seen her at the shops with Renny...
I ran out of the nightclub hoping that nobody had followed me. I was running and crying, thinking if all those years actually meant something to Harry, if I wasn't just a joke or someone he used for his own amusement... My vision was getting blurry and I couldn't see were I was going until I ran right through the road without looking if cars were coming, until... I turned to see bright lights and a horn beeping at me...
