Torture

People in Rosemary are said to be nice.

Well, we would never know, since everyone is generally super nice to us. Or they treat us like shit. Depends on who it is. It probably has to do with the fact that we are an international boy band, right? I would say yes.

It was extra chilly today, sadly. It was near the end of September. Sigh, it is such a lovely month.

We were heading to a cafe, I think. Harry said that he heard about a contest there. And when Zayn told Perrie, she asked us to video tape each and every act and to send their age and name along with it. And Zayn being the lovesick puppy when it comes to her, said that we all should go together. Liam didn't have anything else to do, and Harry already wanted to go. Niall agreed when he heard the mention of food, so that left me. I just wanted to sleep for a change; sip a cup of tea and plan a new prank.

But nooooooo! I have to go to a cafe on the chilliest day of September, instead of curling up in my bed.

So of course I went—after the constant nagging of each of the boys.

I picked a cappuccino on the way, trying to stay awake. I wanted to say that it was helping, and now I felt energetic. But I would be lying, and my mother told me to never lie. So I will tell the truth. It was lulling me into a drowsy sleep. And I wasn't fighting it that hard.

I thought about just throwing it away, and run around in a circle. I was contemplating on what to do when a girl stormed our way.

My problem was fixed, just not in the way I thought.

She must've been in a hurry, since she accidentally bumped into me. That caused my cappuccino to spill all over her already steaming and wet shirt.

"Dammit," she muttered. I tried to get a look at her. I saw that she had glasses (and they looked smashing on her) that didn't exactly let me see her eyes. She wasn't that short -- maybe an inch shorter than Niall. She had raven-wing-black hair. Her lips were somewhat a soft pink.

All in all, from what I could see, she was pretty. Like pretty, pretty!

Then I realized I spilled my drink all over her.

"Oh shit! I'm so sorry! I mean- I- Uh," I stuttered. She cut me off, saying, "You know what? Just forget it! Have a nice night!"

I could tell she was trying to make it sound genuine (not sarcastic), but she failed miserably. She stormed off, silently cursing under her breath.

"Wow, talk about attitude," muttered one of the lads.

I turned to them, shaking my head, smiling. "No, that was a normal reaction. Something we don't get usually, being who we are."

They just looked at me with a weird look. "Same old Lou. Never makin' any sense..." Harry said.

After about fifteen minutes of walking (the lads didn't have a long attention span, and tended to drift away), we arrived at the cafe.

It was bustling, active with energy. We made our way to a table at the end of the store.

We sat down, beanies and shades on. We waved the waitress away. In about four minutes, we would start recording. We all had jobs, assigned by Liam, of course.

Harry: Writing down the names of contestants in the order of their acts.

Niall: Writing down the names of the songs.

Liam: Rating the live versions of the songs.

Zayn: Video Taping each performance in stellar quality.

Me (aka LOUIS THE TOMMO TOMLINSON): Sit quietly and make sure that the boys are not fooling around.

I guess that Liam gave me that job since he figured I would fall asleep. Smart lad, that boy.

The first act of the night came and stepped up. This better be good.

"'Ello! My name is Britney, and I'm gonna sing Make It Shine by Victoria Justice!" she said, sliding her disk into the player.

Yawn.

Act Two better be better than this!
