My Mistake

David's P.O.V

Victoria lays her head on my chest as we watch Titanic. It was the part where Jack and Rose first kiss. I look down at Victoria and she's crying. Even when she's crying she looks beautiful.

I love her. She's my everything. Even if it's only been a month since I met her. I spend every day with her, making me love her more and more each day.

And I know it's a little too early, but I'm going to ask her today, and we don't have to do it right away, we can do it in a few years. I can't wait to see what she has to say.

Victoria's P.O.V

In the middle of watching our third movie, I get a phone call. I check to see who it was that was calling me. Amy. I tell David I'm going to the kitchen to answer it and he nods.

Like I had said, I walk to the kitchen and answer it.

"Hey," Amy chirps.

"Hey, what ya doing?"

"Nothing. I'm like extremely bored, and that's why I called you. To see if we could go to the mall or something," She tells me.

"Sure why not? David is taking me out tonight and I need clothes, anyway," I reply.

I don't even know where or why he's taking me. I need to ask him what kind of clothes I need to wear.

"Yay! Okay, at what time?" Amy questions.

I turn to the clock in the kitchen. It reads 2:30 p.m.

"How about 3? I just need a few minutes to get ready."

"Sounds great! See you in a bit! Bye!"

"Bye," I say and hang up.

I walk back to the living room and lean the side of my body on the door frame.

"I'm going-"

"Oh, shit," David interrupts me. "God, Victoria, you scared me!"

I burst into laughter. "I'm sorry. I was just going to tell you that I'm going to the mall with Amy."

"Okay."

"And I need to know where you're taking me, so that I can buy clothes," I add.

"Oh. I can't tell you where we're going, but just buy something fancy. Like, a nice dress."

"Ugh, just tell me," I pout.

"Nope. Sorry, babe," He smiles.

"Fine." I walk upstairs and change.

I put on some skinny jeans and a nice T-shirt. I curl my hair then, do my make up. I put some mascara, some nude eye shadow, and some light pink lipstick.

"Victoria! Amy's here!" David shouts from downstairs. I put my make up in it's little bag and I grab my purse.

"Yea! Hurry up! Your boyfriend's bothering me!" I hear Amy shout. Oh god.

I chuckle as I start heading downstairs.

"David stop! Oh my god! Shut up!" I hear Amy as I reach the bottom of the stairs.

"Everything okay here?" I ask and they both turn to face me.

"No," Amy says the same time David says, "Yup."

"Yea, everything's okay," David says, smiling. "I was just showing her my baseball card collection."

Ugh. Not these things again.

"David," I groan.

He chuckles and places them back where they were. Amy grabs my wrist and says,"Ok, c'mon let's go."

"Bye, babe," David says, swiftly kissing me on the cheek.

"Bye," I say and head out the door behind Amy.

I get on her car and put on my seat belt as she reverses out of the driveway. We arrive at the mall and get off the car. And to my surprise, a paparazzi guy comes out of no where and starts taking pictures of us. Then in literally seconds, we are surrounded by paparazzi, not even close to the entrance. They start asking questions like:

"Do you have a new boyfriend?"

"What's his name?"

"Is that his baby? Or is it Harry's?"

I ignore them and make my way inside. The paparazzi, fortunately, don't follow us in.

"Wow! You're not even like famous famous and they still follow you around," Amy says.

"Tell me about it," I reply, starting to walk around, looking for a store.
