All Because of You

Kaitlin's POV.

My breathing hitched up as we departed down the staircase,
I've seen the gang within the years. But not a lot. I travel often for my photography. But the last time I saw Harry was at his front door. The day we ended.
"KAITLIN!" Eleanor and Perrie yelled in unison before I could make it down the last few steps. They attacked me with hugs.
"We've missed you!" Perrie squealed hugging me tighter.
A huge ass smile appeared on my face. I've missed my friends so much.
"I've missed you to" I smiled . And the boys made there way over enveloping me in there arms.
"Nice to see you again Kate" Zayn greeted me with a hug and a peck on the cheek.
And all the boys followed the same act...
But one.
"Harry aren't you gonna say hello?" Louis gestured.
I shot my eyes at him. Time like this I wish I could shoot lasers from them.
"Sup princess" he said holding out his hand.
I hesitantly shook it.
"Nice.......to..see you again" I managed,
Goddammit Kaitlin, why are you so nervous,
"Common lets get dinner ready and you can tell us all about your FANTABULOS LIFE!" Eleanor exclaimed linking her arm through mine as the gang parted ourselves into the dinning and kitchen area of Niall and Ruby's house.



"So Kaitlin, what's it like meeting famous people all the time?" Ruby asked picking at her salad.
"I don't meet famous people all the time Ruby. I only meet them once in a while" I joked.
"But seriously Kaitlin. We've never been able to talk to you, about your life, it's a quick meet up and then your on the road. So how was finishing high school?"
Eyes were locked on me.
I really didn't want to tell this story....
"Well umm. It was good"
"Explain, anything exciting?" Liam asked.
I let out a sigh.
"I got kicked out and had to finish online dose that count as exciting?" I said smiling sheepishly.
Stunned looks all around the room.
"You bad bitch! What did you do!" Perrie asked in bewilderment. Obviously now very Interested in my story. I could tell by there faces they all were.
Except one.
Yep you guessed it. The curly haired now who was texting on his phone.
Arrogant asshole.
"Explain your story!" Zayn demanded running out of patience,
I cleared my throat.
"I got detention to much..........." I replied like it was nothing.
Harry chuckled.
"What" I snapped at him.
He looked at me.
"You wouldn't get kicked out for getting to much detention. Maybe suspended a few times. But that's it. Next time make your lies more authentic" He finished winking at me.
"Asshole" I murmured to myself.
"Now you have to tell us the story" Niall pleaded.
I shot Harry a death glare. And he gave me his fake at smile.
" I just wasn't a people person back then, I did a lot of bad things. Made a lot of bad choices... started a few fights and ya know..... that kinda stuff" I trailed off.
"Good girl gone bad" Louis stated blankly.
"Ahem" Ruby cleared her voice. "High school out of mind... What about photography? How'd you get into that?"
Oh Boy
But I have noting to hide right?
"Well, I did drugs in school, I mean who hasn't, but I was sent to a therapist and i don't know... made me think of moments I wanted to capture forever, so i took up photography"

"I think that's very touching. But I think I should go" Harry said excusing himself from the table.
Arrogant little ass.
"So....Kaitlin. Tell us about Antonio" Perrie asked, clearly not interested but thought it was polite to ask.
"Anthony" I corrected plainly.
"Yeah, him. How'd you two start ya know dating?"
The memory flashed back into my mind.


I had finally found enough strength in me to go out for some fresh air. I'd been cooped up in my room for a week, a week after Harry and I ended.
I sat on the steps in silence. Looking down to the pavement in front of me.
And I noticed a pair of Jordan's appear in my view. And when I looked up, my eyes met Anthony's.
"Didn't think I'd Ever see you again" he said jokingly. But he felt the awkward tension when I made no effort to reply.
"I asked your cousin about you..."
Silence.
"She told me what's been going on"
Silence.
He ended up sitting next to me.
"Your going to get over him. Don't doubt that. You will, I assure you, you will. It doesn't matter if it takes days, weeks, months or longer. But you will. One day the memories won't
Feel as hard to breath around. One day they won't reach out and manage to cut the breath from your throat. One day you'll look up and the stars will shine brighter then the night before. And something will have set inside you. That something is hope. Hope one day that broken heart of yours will be fixed. Put back together again. And when that day comes, rejoice it. "I umm, he was my neighbor and it all started from there I guess" I lied.
Anthony, he just, he always says the right things.


Harry's POV

I decided to walk home.
I needed to clear my mind. I just saw Kaitlin for the first time in three years.
Damn let me tell you. She's looking might fine. Who am I kidding, she's smokin.
Hotter then before, if that's even possible.
I've lived all these three years thinking she had it made though. That she was happy. That she had moved on.
Tonight I know I was wrong.
She was depressed... Really depressed.
And when you look into her eyes. You can tell she still is.



Kaitlin's POV

"See ya guys later!" I exclaimed plastering a smile to my face as everyone left the house.
I made my way to the guest room and took out all my photography equipment getting ready for a few shots with Niall and Ruby tomorrow with some wedding stuff.
But my mind kept tracing back to Harry.
I just saw Harry for the first time in here years,
And let me tell you, he did not look to bad.....
Stop it Kaitlin your engaged yourself!
God dammit. I could feel it in the pit of my stomach.
This is not going to end up so well....
