Falling for Harry Styles
Chapter 10
I woke up with a start out of a deep sleep and a dream I could no longer remember. I lifted my head to see the clock on the bedside table read 3:02 AM. I turned my head the other way and rested back on the pillow.
I saw Harry with his cheek squished into the pillow, his mouth agape and drooling, curls a mess. I reached my hand over and gently brushed them out of his face earning a deep, throaty groan. I automatically smiled at the action. I’ve stayed here since what happened with Chad a few nights ago. I reached up and gently rubbed my fingers around my eye. The bruise was almost healed which means I’ll have to go back home.
I haven’t told my mum what had happened yet, only that Chad and I broke up and I was going to stay a few nights with Harry. I haven’t really seen anyone except Harry and Chad since that night, but Harry invited the boys over to hang out later today.
I don’t know how much Harry told them of what had happened, if he told them anything. I’m not really ready for the questions about the healing cuts and fading bruises and the looks that, I’m sure, will come with them; Or the reactions of four guys that loved me like a little sister. They already know that Chad was a dick because I barely ever got to see them, they just don’t know how bad it actually was. If they did, I’m sure they would react just like, or similarly to, the way Harry did, which I’m not ready for because now it will be four times worse.
I rolled over and tried to let sleep take me away again. After all I have a long day ahead of me, and an even longer night.
