Chapter 8: Unconditionally
*****NiallsPOV*****
I look up from the stove as I am making bacon and eggs to see a sleepy Liam come walking into the kitchen with his ears pointed up and his fluffy tail wagging slightly comfortably behind him through the hole in the pants I cut for him.
I smile and pat the counter beside the stove lightly.
He understands and jumps up onto the counter with his tail still slightly wagging between his legs comfortably.
“Good morning Li” I say smiling.
“Morning Ni” he says back, his voice still a bit groggy from sleep.
I lean in slightly pecking his nose and he giggles before pressing a kiss to my nose making me laugh before I turn back to the stove to continue cooking.
I see Liam slide off the counter and walk back into the living room.
I hear a buzz then I hear the booming voice of Katy Perry through the speakers of the small radio I own.
Oh no, did I get too close?
Oh, did I almost see what's really on the inside?

Liam walks back into the room and right up to me.
He starts to sing the words of the song looking directly into my eyes.

He leans forward and grabs my waist pulling me into him.
It’s just now I realise just how tall he is and I mean TALL.
I wrap my arms around his neck connecting my wrists so they stay put and smile up at him as he continues to sing.
So open up your heart and just let it begin

He steps forward with me still in his arms forcing me to step back so my back is against the wall.
He leans down claiming my rough lips with his soft ones.
I submit myself to him letting him take complete control of the kiss enjoying the moment of just being with Liam.
I have to say in loving this new side to Liam.
The music continues to play as the kiss keeps going.

Were too lost in the kiss to notice the ending of the song when my phone blares out playing the familiar tune of born This Way by Lady gaga but Liam just thinks its noise so he quickly answers it.

I reach over and quickly answer the phone to rid myself of that horrible noise Niall calls music. “Hello” I say.
“Ummm hi is this Liam” someone asks.
“Yesss” I say awkwardly.
“Great it’s Zayn I was calling about that date” Zayn says.
“Oh um about that” I say once again awkwardly. “Oh no what did I do now” he says sadly.
“It’s nothing you did, it’s just the guy I’ve been wanting forever finally admitted his feelings” I say trying to reassure him.
“Oh okay then can we at least be friends then cause you’re a great lad” he asks.
“Sure maybe we can hang out with my friends and the boy at our house” I say.
“Just tell me when and where” he says.

I’m sitting here watching Liam laugh with that guy he met at the party yesterday.
He walked away as soon as he answered the phone so I couldn’t hear anything but mumbles and its bugging the crap out of me.
All I could catch was a laugh from Liam about something that Liam-Stealer said and it’s angering me, I’m the only one supposed to make Liam laugh like that not that kid.
Liam looks at me then back at the wall before hanging up.
He walks over to me and sitting beside me and cuddling up to my side laying his head on my chest so that his doggy ear tickles my chin and I laugh.
“What were you to talking about” I finally ask.
“He was talking about the date” he says.
I blanch, is he still planning on doing that I thought he said he wasn’t.
“don’t worry I’m not going to his okay with that now he just wants to be friends so us and the lads are hanging out later today here” he says.
I grimace, “okay then so wait do the other boys know yet” I ask.
“Ummm no we should probably tell them” he says smiling brightly at me as I nod and he grabs the phone.
I dial in Harry’s number and we sit closely as it starts to ring.
“H-Hello” he says groggily obviously we had woken him up.
“HAZZA YOU AND LOUIS ARE COMING OVER TO MEET ZAYN AND HANG OUT TODAY” Liam shouts into the phone.
"AMAGHAWD WHY” Harry shouts back.
“Tell Lou” I shout then I quickly hang up.
Well I guess it’s all set now we must prepare.
