Liams My Puppy Chapter 1

Liam is sitting in the alley whimpering to himself as he feels his ears flatten against his head, and his tail slowly stop wagging. He looks up to see a rather short blond man, which looks about his age staring at him intently. Who’s slowly sticks his hand out. Liam looks up at the strange mans face to see he is talking to him and says, “What’s your name” Liam shakes with fear and looks away from the strange man. He soon feels a hand on his shoulder pulling him up. “I'm not going to hurt you” the man says softly, Liam whimpers quietly “i’m going to take you to my house is that okay” the man asks. Liam looks up at the mans face to see the man is practically pleading him to go with him. Liam nods slowly and holds onto his still not moving tail. The man again extends his hand to the dog boy standing before him, Liam hesitantly grabs the mans hand and the man starts to pull Liam to his house. The man pulls Liam to a stop out front of a small house. He puts a key in the door and pulls it open to reveal a comfortable couch in front of a TV and a dining room table with chairs in the corner of the room. He pulls me into the kitchen and says “are you hungry” Liam looks down at his feet and nods hesitantly. “You don’t need to be shy its just me” the man says. Liam looks at him with a weird expression plastered on his face. “Oh right I haven’t told you my name have I well its Niall,” I say with a happy nod. Liam leans forward and grabs Nialls hand and drops a piece of paper into it. “I don’t understand” Niall says looking at Liam. “What’s your name” Liam points to the paper and motions for him to read it; Niall does as he’s told and reads what’s on the paper. “Liam” Niall says happily, Liams tail starts to wag at the mention of his name, and looks happily at Niall nodding. “Well what do you want to eat Liam, cause i’m starving” Niall says with a chuckle “and May I just say you look absolutely adorable” Niall says. “Liam hears this and blushes at the compliment and looks to the floor. Niall then walks into the kitchen with a shy Liam trailing behind him. Liam looks at the fridge and Niall chuckles opening it for him. Liam looks inside and sees some leftover beef on a plate and grabs it, and turns to Niall with a smirk. “Ne-Ne-Neal” Liam says a little bit of frustration evident on his face. Niall just stares at Liam for a second then recovers and then rushes over to Liam and raps him up In one of his famous Horan hugs as people have called them. “Is that the first time you have talked Liam” Niall asks. Liam nods happily before reaching up and running his hand through Nialls blonde locks of hair. “Whatcha doing Liam” Niall asks all flustered. Liam runs his hand through Nialls hair one last time before jumping up and running to the bathroom as he starts to cry. Niall is terrified ‘what had he done’ Niall thought to himself as he rushes to the bathroom to follow Liam. When Niall got to the bathroom he tried to open the door but it was locked. “Please open the door Liam” Niall pleaded. But Liam just ignored his pleas, and continued to cry sitting on the floor. But what Niall said next made Liam open the door. “Please Liam open the door I really like you” Niall said in a broken voice. Liam then flung the door open wide-eyed to see Niall sobbing into his hands. ‘Poor lad hadn’t noticed I opened the door’ Liam thought. Liam slowly put his shaking hand on Nialls shoulder rubbing comforting circles into his shoulder. Nialls head shot up like a bullet with tears in his deep blue eyes “what did I do” Niall asked with a shaky voice. Liam sees a notepad on the desk in the living room and grabs it quickly. Liam quickly writes ‘no ones said they liked me before only hate’. Niall read it and little cry escaped his lips as he looked back up to Liam with a sad expression. “Will you live with me” Niall asked, with sad begging eyes. Liam quickly writes down a quick yes. Niall read this and as soon as he did he jumped up and down before hugging Liam and dragging him to the guest room, which would now be Liams room. Niall leans into Liams ear and whispered “Welcome Home Liam”.
