Chapter 18
(Louis’s P.O.V)
It has been over 72 hours since Zayn stormed out of the hotel. 72 hours and still no sign of him. He had made sure to take his wallet but had left his iPhone behind so we couldn’t track him he had also made a big withdrawal from the airport ATM so now we can’t even track his cards because he isn’t using them. The kid is smart, gotta give him credit, he knows how to hide. Wonder under which rock he has been hiding for none of our international fan base had been able to spot him. How can they not find out? They found our dick sizes for heaven’s sake!
No we will find him, I have faith in our super fans, for no detective can find Zayn it has to be fans. I mean it’s not like he can walk down a road without causing hysteria. The whole world of directioners were on alert, which had obviously lead to so many false spotting and well we are beginning to get frustrated. But maybe he just needs space, ofcourse he needed space. I am the only person who knew he was about to propose to Perrie, the kid must be so heartbroken.
We are all furious with Harry. None of us have even talked to him properly, we can’t even look at him. How could he do this to Zayn? Its not like he didn’t know how serious Zayn was about Perrie. Ever since Zayn had left none of us had seen Perrie either. I don’t want to, but I have to see harry and know how it made sense to him, stealing his best mates girlfriend like that.
“Harry, mate we need to talk.”
“why now? You didn’t wanna talk before”
“shut up and tell me how it all made sense in that curly head of yours.”
“how am I supposed to shut up and speak at the same time?”
I sent him a death glare and he sighed. Taking a deep breath he began.
“I don’t know how it happened, I never thought it would come to this; remember when we were in L.A and got shitfaced drunk?”
“Fuck harry that was over six months ago.”
Harry looked away and I sighed.
“go on”
“well everybody had passed out and me and Perrie were up, just talking to each other, I sont even remember who made the move on who, but we were kissing, making out and then we woke up, naked in my bed.”
“so that’s why you had flown back the very next day?”
“Yeah, because I realized I had some feelings for Perrie that day and well I just couldn’t do it, I couldn’t deal with it.
“so…how?” I didn’t have to continue he understood.
“Perrie came to see me when when you guys got back, she said that she loved Zayn but she wasn’t sorry that what happened had happened, and before we knew it, we were sneaking off, trying to soend as much stolen time together as we could.”
“so the ‘bonding’ was nothing but an affair? How the fuck could you do that to Zayn?”
“I don’t know lou, I love her, and I just couldn’t let her go you know, and we were just too afraid to tell Zayn. It sux that he found out this way and im worried about him but im also kind of glad that
you know he finally knows.”
I shake my head not knowing what to say. I would have never guessed that this was going on for six fucking months. I started to walk out of the room, not wanting to see his face anymore.
“Louis please don’t go.”
“Harry I cant even look at you right now. I can never trust you know, you used to tell us Perrie was like a sister to you. Never do you dare say that El or Sophie or anybody else for that matter is like a sister now. You don’t bang family,” I spit out and rush out of the room, slamming the door as I went. I had thought that maybe talking to him and understanding where he was coming from would make it better. Well guess what? It didn’t.
I decide to check twitter, to send Zayn a thousandth DM. even if he doesn’t wanna come back right now, I need to know that he is okay.
“NIALL, LIAM come quick!!” I shouted not bothering to call harry.
“WHAT MATE?” Niall shouts as they rush towards me, sandwich in hand.
“ZAYN-IS-FINE!! HE TWWWWEETED!!” I sang shoving my phone towards them.
“we aren’t gonna breakup over this. Need some quite, alone time. Thanx for the support. xx” Niall read and jumped up and down, not even noticing that his sandwich had fallen to the floor.
“Oh my god. Wait.” Liam said and took out his phone and tweeted something. I took my ohone from niall as he took his out and saw that liam had retweeted Zayn’s tweet. I quickly retweeted it too.
Liam had also tweeted something else:
“Guys, HELP! Trend #WhereAreYouZayn and #ZaynCallLiamLouisOrNiall. I know you can do it! Thanx xx”
I quickly retweeted it and saw that Niall had done the same.
“he should be killing me not reassuring the fans about the band”, Harry grumbled looking at his phone. I checked and saw that he had retweeted both Zayn and Liam’s tweets, oh well, he does have the largest number of followers on twitter among us, even after he lost soo many followers when the whole Zayn Harry and Perrie triangle happened. We however ignored Harry and started brainstorming again about where Zayn could possibly be.
“I have a DM from Zayn!!” Niall shouted.
“well what does it say??!” me and Liam shouted at the same time, and I saw Harry come a little closer.
“Hey mate, I met someone who loves food more than you! :P I am fine don’t worry. Really need alone time. Hi LiLi, LouLou. Will be in touch but won’t say where I am. xx.”
“well then that’s that. Let me call uncle Si and tell him we finally heard from Zayyboy.”
