"All sorted?" Niall asked, looking up from his phone.
"Yep! We're all good!" I beamed at him brightly.
"Great! Do you guys wanna..." Niall was cut off of his sentence by the sound of a window smashing.
"What was that?!" I whispered and hid behind Niall.
"I don't know. I'll go check it out." Niall said.
"Josh." I stated quietly. Niall's features seemed to harden with hatred at the name. He hugged me and when he pulled out, he kept hold of my shoulders.
"Stay here." He spoke firmly. I nodded and held hands with Chloe as Niall went to have a look.
"Niall!" You whispered.
"Yeah?" He turned around, a blank expression on his face.
"Be careful." I saw his face etch a smile into his features as he left.
"Natalie, whatever happens, I want you to know that you are my best friend and I love you!" She hugged me warmly. I only pulled out of the hug when I heard a crashing noise.
"What was that?!" I asked nervously and quickly. Suddenly a thought struck me. "Niall!" I yelled and ran into the lounge.
"No Nat don't!" Niall yelled as I ran to the room.
I stopped abruptly and clamped a hand over my mouth with a gasp, when I saw Niall on his knees and Josh pointing a gun at his head. "Niall!" I spoke softly, yet worriedly as I took a step towards them.
"No don't!" Niall yelled with his arms outstretched.
"But..." I began to speak but I was cut off by Josh.
"I'd listen to him if I were you princess." Josh spat. I saw Niall's fists clench with his words.
"Only I get to call her princess!" Niall spoke loudly and firmly.
"Oh yeah?" Josh said and readied the gun. "What about now?" Niall sighed and closed his eyes. "That's better." Josh spoke. "Princess, take off your clothes." Josh almost yelled at me and I started to cry.
"Leave her!" Niall spat harshly at him.
Josh ignored Niall's comment and carried on. "I said take them off!" He yelled at me and gestured the gun into Niall's head, making him wince. Still crying, I started to unbutton your shirt.
"Don't do it Natalie!" Niall yelled.
"I'M BEGINNING TO BECOME IMPATIENT WITH YOU!!!!!" Josh yelled at Niall. "Maybe I should just pull the trigger now eh?"
"No! Don't! I'm doing it! I'll take them off!" I pleaded at Josh to spare Niall's life.
I began slipping my shirt off of your shoulders when Chloe ran in. "Stop Nat! Don't do this!" She yelled and ran out of the room she was previously in.
"I've had enough of this." Josh spoke abruptly and the next thing I knew Chloe was on the floor with blood staining through her shirt.
"No! Chloe!" I yelled, in tears. Niall tried to wriggle free from Josh to help her, but Josh was too strong. I ran to Chloe's side and began trying to stop the bleeding. "Stay with us Chloe! Please!" I spoke loudly, between tears.
"I didn't tell you to stop taking off your clothes!" Josh yelled.
Niall had enough. He didn't care if he got shot. All he wanted was to help me and Chloe. Niall yanked Josh's hand down but in the process of taking the gun, Josh pulled the trigger and I was shot in the stomach. My head landed with a loud bang on the floor.
"Natalie!!!" Niall yelled with tears soaking his eyes.
Niall had never used a gun before and he didn't plan on using one to shoot someone, so he banged Josh over the head with it, knocking him out. The last thing I saw before passing out, was Chloe being carried in a stretcher while Niall kneeled next to me as Josh was taken away in a police car. I felt Niall's tears on my cheeks as he carried me to an ambulance.
