Two days after the concert

Zayn's p.o.v

The clock was ticking, time was running out. My symptoms seem to getting worst, day by day I got weaker and weaker. At times, I don't wanna get out of bed, I get hungry all the time, but can't hold my food down; and all this puking is not helping my voice.

My phone rang it was Dr. Walker.

She was asked, "how I was doing and if I was taking my pill?"

"I feel shitty, And things was getting worst." I explained.

She sounded confused about my symptoms and told me that she was going to schedule the surgery early. She wanted me to come in a week from now, and the surgery was going to be held in London.

Now I had to tell them since I couldn't continue doing the tour. I told the doctor that I'll be there.

There was knock on my door, I hung up the phone and walk to the door, it was Niall.

"It's time to leave." He said.

I grab my suitcases and head out the door. We were finally leaving England and heading to Paris.

We all settle in the car as we drive to the airport, I was very quiet during the car ride the boys were laughing and having fun enjoy life. I look Harry, he was playing around with Niall. I look down and felt bad for not telling them.

"Zayn what's wrong?" Liam ask.

I look back up. "Nothing." I smile

"You look so down." frowned Louis.

"I don't feels so good, but I'll be fine." I respond.

"You sure?" Harry asked.

"Yea."I smiled back.







Finally, we reached to Paris, we couldn't wait to go the hotel to get some sleep...



The next morning...

My phone rang and it was doctor walker again. I look over to see Harry fast sleep on the other bed, I quickly walk out the room and started to talk to her.

"Zayn, I need you to come in today, so we can run some test, We're going to schedule the surgery tomorrow ."

"Dr. walker I can't I'm not even in England." I quickly replied.

"Zayn this is important, this is your life were talking about here. Whatever your doing can wait."

"Dr. Walker My career is important too, having stomach cancer is just getting in my way." I sifted.

"The longer you wait the more chance it can spread Mr. Malik." I can tell she was getting a little annoyed by her voice.

"Dr walker I have to go."

"Mr. Malik please-"

I hang the phone, and was heading back to my room for some more sleep.

Louis POV

I stood horrified of what I just heard. Zayn has stomach cancer. I had to tell someone, I should tell Paul. Hold on maybe I misunderstand what he meant, maybe me doesn't have it, but why would he say "having stomach cancer is just letting in my way."

That has to mean something, maybe that why he's so sick, I had to find out. I walk up to Zayn and Harry's room and knock. Harry opened he door.

"What's up Lou?" Harry said in a sleepy voice

"Where Zayn?"

"Bathroom"

Harry opens the door and crawl back into bed. Zayn walks out the bath.

"What your doing in here Louis?" Zayn asked confused.

"I heard your phone call; is everything cool?" I said in a concern voice. Zayn's eyes widen, and he gave me an angry look. Harry's head popped up from under the sheets and looks at Zayn

"What are you talking about Lou?" Harry ask

"Nothing." Zayn snap back.

"It didn't sound like nothing," I said quickly.

He than pulled me outside to talk, Harry sat there and watched Zayn and I leave the room. We stood there in complete silence, Zayn has is back turn to me.

"So is it true you... you have stomach cancer?" I mumble. There was no answer, but only sobs. He turns to me, he slowly nods his head.

So I guess it was true ,all I did was hug him.

"It's fine man, everything will be fine." I hold him tight. Harry opens the door and saw what was happening. I Turn my head towards Harry...
