The next day.
Perrie POV
I stood there as the doctor took Zayn into surgery, Louis and Niall was standing behind. The tears rolled down my face there was a chance I might even see him again. Louis pulls me into a hug, his warmth and smell was comforting.
"Everything's going to be fine Perrie." I release the hug looking in his eyes.
"Perrie" I voice called from behind, I turn to see Leigh-Ann standing by the door with Harry. She comes over to hug me.
"I'm so sorry Perrie. I came as soon as I heard." She hugs me tighter. "Anything you need I'm here OK." She release the hug.
"Why don't we get a bit to eat." Harry suggested.
"I'm not hungry." I spoke up.
"You need to eat something. Since yesterday you haven't eaten anything." Louis says.
"Ugh fine." I puff out.

We all sat in my flat eating our Chinese food waiting for some news about Zayn. Everyone was sitting around eating and talking but I was so tired to be bother.
"I'm going to take a nap." I got up from my seat." Call me if anything happens.
I left the living room up to my room. I plop myself on my bed that me and Zayn use to share. I crawled on my side covering my small body. I look at the night stand that had a picture of me and Zayn on it. I Remember the day he proposed to me, I could be any happier. My eyes started to get heavily soon or later I was knock out.
Perrie dream
(I slowly open my eyes I looked up at the Northern light above me. It was the most amazing thing I've seen. "Babe why are you on the ground." Zayn asked looking down at me.
"I don't know." He bend over helping me off the the ground. I brush off the snow of my jacket.
"Your so beautiful." He looks me in my eyes. I blush a little ,playing with snow breath my feet like a little school girl.
"Thank you... baby." I plant a kiss on his cheek.
I was so happy to see Zayn. He pull me into his arm kissing me passionately. I slowly lift my arm around his neck as he grabs my wist lifting me to his wist.
"I love you so much." I say between kisses. He drops me to the floor which took me by surprise. He bend down kissing my neck than my lips. I pulled away from the kiss and smile.
"I love you more." he replied
His lips connected with mines again as he takes off my coat. I push his off.
"Whoa babe not here. We're outside people can see-" He interrupted me with other kiss his tongue traveled in my mouth as his hands run through my blonde hair. I pulled him down the ground as a unzipped his coat. I look back up to see Harry standing above. I push Zayn off of me looking straight in his eyes.
''What the hell... Harry."
I look back over at Zayn that was now coughing up blood.
"Zayn." I yelled.
Zayn hold his stomach curling up into a little ball. "Perrie ..This hurts so bad. I can't take all his pain anymore Perrie." His brown eyes watered I didn't even know what to do. The cries of pain escape his mouth but I was frozen. Harry bends over to me holdIng my shoulder.
"There's nothing we can do, he's dying Perrie. Its hopeless to try anymore." He whisper in my ear. Harry slowly helps me up. "Don't worry Zayn I'll take care of Perrie when you're gone." Harry spoke up. I look down at Zayn who was calling my name I try to walk to him but I was stop.
"Perrie"

"Perrie"
I shot my head up where harry was standing by the bed.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you but we need to get to the hospital now something happened."
