A Beautiful Affair

Chapter 11

Chapter 11:
Juliet’s POV
“It looks like it’s gonna rain,” Harry stated when we pulled into his oh so familiar driveway.
“Yay!” I cheered stepping out and onto the pavement.
“You like rain?” He questioned, while grabbing both suitcases and walking with me up the front door of his home.
“Of course, I love it…makes me feel all giddy inside.”
He chuckled, “Giddy?” he questioned, opening the door.
“Indeed Mr. Styles ‘giddy’.” He only shook his head and let me walk through the door first. The smell of pine and wood drifted through my nostrils.
“Heyyp! Took ya long enough,” Paris appeared from the corner strutting over to us.
“Ya miss ‘I’m not good at fashion’ over here took extra long to pack your suitcase,” he pointed his thumb towards me, then towards Paris when he said ‘your suitcase’.
Paris smirked and patted my head, “taught you well…”
I laughed and shook her hand off, “It’s funny cause it’s true.” We all walked through the hallway and into the opening where it led up to the stairs and then to the right of the living room.
“Alright ladies, I say we watch movies all night.” Harry casually said as he sauntered over to the couch and plopped down.
“I second that,” Paris averred plopping down on the armchair.
“And I,” I said pointing towards myself, “will grab the popcorn and movie.”
I walked towards the doors that led to the kitchen as Harry and Paris chorused, “Okays.”
“Wait,” I turned facing them, “comedy, action, or romance?”
They shared a glare that clearly said one answer. “Comedy,” we all said together.
**
My eyes started to droop and a yawn escaped my lips, but I willed myself to stay awake the last five minutes of this movie. Harry was snoring logs and Paris was sound asleep on the armchair.
Laughter escaped my lips while I watched the ending scene of The Benchwarmers. That was a good movie. I smiled to myself and stood up. I stretched my right to the left, cracking all the joints in my back, then my neck and hands.
“Gross,” I heard a deep chuckle behind me, and a yawn. I looked behind me to see Harry with his eyes squinted and his hands behind his head.
“What’s gross? And when did you wake up?” I questioned confused, plopping down next to him.
“Cracking… everything, it’s gross. And I woke up when you stood up from the couch, you were warming me up you know.” He snuggled back into my neck.
“Yea,” I pushed him off me and giggled and stooped up scratching the top of his head looking like a lost puppy. “Do you think you can carry Paris up to your room? She doesn’t take being woken up very well.”
He nodded his head and moved over to Paris’ sleeping body, he picked her up with ease and started walking towards the stairs. Jesus he’s strong.
I shook my head and followed him up the steps. I propped open the door for him while he walked over to the bed and gently set her down. He pulled the covers over the sleeping body and a smile spread across my dace when he gently laid a kiss on her forehead.
He really does care for us.
He was about to walk out of the room when he turned around at the door and gave me a quick hug and kiss on the cheek, “Goodnight Juliet,” his hot breath sent a shiver through my body and he smiled and walked out.
I shut the door and leaned on it, god dammit, why does the person I’m living with have to be my teacher, 24, and engaged?

@Sunshine26078

I was thinking of doing a sequel with the letters Juliet wrote, but I don't think I will. i wanted more of a tragic story. Sorry that you didn't want her to die
