"I TEXTED YOU!" James yelled loudly in my face.
"I know but there was a boy-" I tried to explain.
"SO YOU WERE WITH ANOTHER GUY?!?!" He blew up in my face.
"No no, I just gave him a ride" I hoped I could get him to think logically.
"A ride" He put air quotes around the phrase.
"Yes, I took him home"
"oh really?" He blew.
I nodded.
James looked down and shook his head.
Before I could calculate, I hard, strong slap came to my cheek. I was speechless, was this right? Was this normal? It had to be, so I simply kissed James cheek and said good night. On my way home, I checked my face in the mirror, it was starting to bruise and was very red.
I pulled into the drive and went inside with out a sound. I went to bed after brushing my teeth and completing my routine. That night when I was trying to go to sleep, they came back. The voices in my head, my doctor had said I have a minor case of multiple personality disorder, but I was lucky to only have one, rebellious punk, alter ego. It was only bad when I was stressed, more and more lately. Sleep seemed to be impossible until I fell into nightmares and terror.
