(Carter's POV)I got in the room and began packing. Ashton walked in and looked at me with great concern. "Ash!' I said in shock. The girls all went out of the room. "Why are you packing?...." He asked. "I-I g-got adopted..." I softly stuttered. "No...." He mumbled looking at me with tear filled in his eyes as he blinked them back. I started to cry and put my head down. He lifted it up with his index finger. "We have one more night together. Lets spend it well." He said softly, making me cry harder. "Please don't cry." He pleaded. "It's not everyday someone gets adopted." He said. "I got adopted by One Direction, Ash...." I croaked quietly. "They better treat you good." He said. I looked at him and got in his lap as a swayed us back and forth to soothe me. I closed my eyes and so did he. I heard the girls come back in then see us and slowly back out. I looked up at Ash and he told me he'd help me pack. I finished packing and we watched a movie on my IPod. Mrs. O'Reilly let me stay up late because of how much I wanted to spend as much time with Ash as possible. I ended up falling asleep with my head one Ash's chest and his arm around me...

(Carter's outfit: Polyvore) I was outside about to leave and saying my goodbyes. I turned to Ash. His eyes were red and puffy. I sighed and swung my arms around him and cried into his shoulder. We got to the mansion and the boys looked like they were going somewhere. "Hey guys. Welcome to your new home!" Liam greeted. Everyone walked in as the boys greeted them. I walked by them. Their faces dropped. "What's wrong, Carter?" Louis asked. I turned around. "I don't wanna talk about it" I croaked as I continued up the stairs and picked a room right across from Zayn. At least I assumed it was Zayn's room. It was all black and in big red letters said 'Vas Happening?!?!'. I walked in the room and the walls were white and there was a balcony, flat screen tv, big walk-in closet and a bathroom. There was stuff on the bed. It was a IPhone......7?! Their was a sticky note on it. "I knew you would pick this room, Carter. Here's you a phone. We have our contacts in their and here's your number. 456-****- Louis and the boys' I slightly smiled and saw they had given me a light blue phone case with my name on it in black letters. They must've got it custom made. I unpacked and got out all my posters. I hung up my The Wanted, Cher Lloyd, Little Mix, Austin Mahone, R5, Ariana Grande, Taylor Lautner, The Beatles, Bridget Mendler, and Hot Chelle Rae posters. I also hung up my several One Direction posters. There was a mirror in the corner of my room and a chair so I assumed it was like a make up table. I set all my make up there and stuck all my photos on there. The last one was of Ashton hugging me on our anniversary. A tear rolled down my cheek as I kissed the photo and stuck it on the mirror. I put all my snow globes on the book shelf. (Yes I have a snow globe collection). I walked out after I was all packed and the boys weren't here and all the girls were in the kitchen eating. "They went to a interview. You're in charge" Alex said. I nodded and slumped myself on a couch. "Hey is it okay if I go play in the front yard?" Beck asked.
