Louis's POV:

My heart pounded as I entered the room. I had no idea what would happen in here. We took the same seats we ha yesterday. I glanced over at Amanda, who was looking at the floor. I couldn't believe it hurt her just to look at me. What had I done?

The judge started speaking, but I barely listened. I was to nervous. I caught Nialls glance, and he gave me a nervous smile. I smiled back, trying to remain calm. Then the judge said," we have made our final desicion on the Tomlinsom custody case."

Both Amanda's and My head perked up. We were all ears. "The court has granted Mr Tomlinson with partial custody due to his dedication." Said the judge. I nearly jumped out of my seat. This wouldn't be the end of my family!

Amanda's POV:

I couldn't believe it, and nethier could my lawyer. He started yelling madly until the judge threatened to hold him in content of court. I was devistated. This meant I wouldn't be able to move away. While I could but it would just complicate things more.

I couldn't believe this. I needed space from Louis! This wouldn't help at all! The court passed out blank scheduales, and told us to come back tomorrow to work out the details. I slowly nodded, not even looking up.

When we were dismissed, Dan, my lawyer, approached me saying,"do you still need those divorce papers." I heard a gasp behind me and I knew Niall had heard. "I don't know. Give me till tomorrow to think." I said, before walking over to Niall.

"You're gonna divorce him!" Gasped Niall, looking devistated. "I-I dont know." I stuttered, looking at the ground. "Please. Think about this before you do." He said with tears in his yes. I nodded, blinking back my own tears, and we hugged.

I found Riley, and the paparazzi was buzzing around a beaming Louis outside. We tried to sneak by, I didnt want to face them, but suddenly someone shouted,"THERE SHE IS!"

I was bombarded with questions like "how does Louis having custody affect you?" "What will you do now?" "Do you still love him." Before Riley could defend me, I lost it and screamed,"BACK AWAY FROM ME! NONE OF YOU CARE HOW IT FEELS FOR THAT TO HAVE JUST HAPPENED! I KNOW BECAUSE OTHERWISE YOU WOULDN'T BOMBAR ME WITH THESE UNSENSITIVE IDIOTIC QUESTIONS! NEXT TIME THINK OF HOW I FEEL BEFORE YOU SWARM ME! OK!"

I then pushed through them all, followed by a shocked Riley. As we drove away she asked,"Where did that come from." I shrugged and said,"feelings I've been holding in for a loooong time." She laughed and said,"I can't wait to see the magazine with that cover!" I laughed imagining all the headlines.

Once we had picked up Macey, we returned home. I flopped onto my bed. I couldn't believe I had to face Louis again! I screamed into my pillow. I soon fell asleep, tired out from crying.

The next day, I woke to Riley violently shaking me. "Phone." She said, handing it to me. "Hello." I said groggily rubbing my eyes. "How are you doing?" Came Dans voice. I said and replied,"Ive been better." He gave a slight chuckle befor asking,"so about those divorce papers."

You hesitated a minute before answering, "send them."
