I would say Niall, since he was the first one to fall for Scarlett. He is feeling all sad now :(
Besides, Harry gets all the girls to himself all the time, I mean even I like Harry more than Niall (don't judge me! I love them all really! :P).

But if Scarlett ends up with Harry, it will bring a bit of an unexpected ending to your story and everyone loves and unexpected ending :)

It is your story! Up to you! She can end up with someone totally different too, but that would be sorta lame...
But anything you write turns out to be just to opposite of lame :) so I really dunno.

Sorry I'm making this so long, I just LOVE this story ;). Great job!
